倒においても、雨よけ具による人体への負傷の危険がな
いなど、安全でかつ快適な雨よけ具を提供することを課
題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】以上の課題を解決するた
めに、本発明は、弾性を有する薄く透明なプラスチック
