Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse cooking oil for tempura and engine oil as energy sources to be effectively used as resources while these oil materials are essential for supporting our rich life and have a fixed limit of use, so the material beyond the limit is discarded. SOLUTION: In this recycle burner, a closed container is taken as a burner canister 1, and a vent hole plate 4 provided with a number of holes is disposed between the top surface 2 and the bottom 3, thereby dividing the interior of the burner canister 1 into two, upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber is taken as an air pre-heating chamber 5, and the lower chamber is taken as a combustion chamber 6. A hollow flame tube 7 is fitted to penetrate the burner top surface 2 and the vent hole plate 4. A fuel receiving tray 8 is provided in a position several centimeter high above the bottom 3 in the combustion chamber 6, thereby receiving fuel supplied from the fuel supply port 9. A ventilating hole 10 for sending air to the air pre-heating chamber 5 is provided.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a burner for burning edible oil and engine oil waste oil discharged as industrial waste. 2. Description of the Related Art At present, the above two persons are disposed of even though they are useful resources. [0003] Tempura oil and engine oil are indispensable substances for supporting our affluent life, but both have certain usage limits. Is no longer useful and is currently being disposed of. The present invention seeks to reuse these substances as fuel and open up new uses as resources. [0004] The closed container is a burner irrigator (1), and a vent plate (4) having a large number of holes between its top (2) and bottom (3). The interior of the burner irrigator (1) is divided into upper and lower two chambers. The upper chamber is an air preheating chamber (5) and the lower chamber is a combustion chamber (6). Attach a hollow flame tube (7) passing through the burner upper surface (2) and the vent plate (4). A fuel pan (8) is provided in the combustion chamber (6) at a position several centimeters higher than the bottom (3), and receives fuel supplied from a fuel supply port (9). Ventilation port (1) for sending air to the air preheating chamber (5)
0) is provided. The present invention uses waste oil as fuel,
It is a recycle burner configured as described above. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In order to ignite a recycle burner, a separate heat source is prepared, and the bottom of the burner (3) is glowed with this heat, and then waste oil is discharged from a fuel supply port (9) into a combustion chamber (6). )
Continue to supply to the fuel pan (8) mounted in the. Eventually, the fuel pan (8) becomes full, and the continuously supplied waste oil drips on the glowing burner bottom (3), spontaneous ignition occurs, and ignition of the recycle burner is completed. Next, air is blown through the ventilation port (10), and is blown into the lower combustion chamber (6) through the ventilation hole plate (4) having a large number of holes. As a result, the waste oil completely burns, and a flame is injected from the hot flame tube (7) to the upper part of the burner while heating the fuel pan (8). The flame ignited by dripping on the bottom of the burner (3) is a flame-retardant waste oil because it continues to heat the fuel pan (8) attached several centimeters higher, but once ignited, an external heat source is required It is possible to continue the self-combustion without doing so. [0006] Tempura oil and engine oil have a very high ignition point compared to commonly used fuels and are flame retardant. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the inside of the burner hot at all times.
In order to completely burn the fuel, a large amount of air is required. However, the outside air temperature fluctuates greatly due to seasonal factors, etc., and the inside of the burner is cooled by this air, making it difficult to maintain combustion. is there. In order to solve this problem, the air taken in from the ventilation port is guided to the air preheating chamber, and is passed around the glowing flame tube to exchange heat, and is blown into the combustion chamber as high-temperature superheated air. As a result, although it is a combustible fuel, complete combustion is stably continued, and at the same time, the durability of a flame tube made of a metal material is helped. The waste oil of edible oil and engine oil is treated as mere industrial waste when its primary purpose of use is over. However, careless release into the natural world causes tremendous environmental destruction. Things. The present invention has one aspect that makes effective use of valuable resources as an energy source to the end and also contributes to environmental purification.
