きる。Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an abnormality notification device for a water supply device, and more particularly to an abnormality notification device for a water supply device suitable for detecting an abnormality in water supply failure. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a technique for detecting a pump idling, which is an abnormality of a pump of a water supply device, is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 62-225797.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Publication No. H11-157, based on a temperature sensor provided in a pump body, a measurement circuit connected to the temperature sensor and measuring a temperature rise gradient of the pump body, and a temperature rise gradient measured by the measurement circuit. A determination circuit for determining an abnormal state of the pump body, a control circuit for stopping a pump control signal based on a determination result of the determination circuit, and stopping the pump motor based on an output of the control circuit There has been proposed a technique related to a water supply device including a switching circuit unit and a display unit that displays an abnormal state for each state based on an output of the determination circuit unit. [0003] In the above prior art, mounting a temperature sensor on the pump body requires processing of the pump, which requires a difficult operation. Further, since an abnormal state of the pump is determined based on the temperature rise gradient detected by the temperature sensor, an expensive device having a complicated circuit configuration is required. [0004] In addition, even if pump abnormalities are properly detected, it is conceivable that a resident of a building may not be able to use the water supply because there is no means for notifying them. An object of the present invention is to provide an abnormality notification device for a water supply device capable of detecting inability to supply water due to a pump abnormality with an inexpensive device and quickly repairing the failure. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a method for selectively driving a plurality of pairs of motors and pumps to transmit water from a water receiving tank provided in a building to an elevated water tank. An abnormality notification device for a water supply device, wherein a temperature sensor attached to each case of the motor, a temperature sensor controller having at least a normally closed contact that opens when these temperature sensors reach a preset temperature, and the normally closed contact And an abnormality notification device for notifying a monitoring center for remotely monitoring the occurrence of an abnormality in the facility of the building via a communication line when the device is opened. With this configuration, when an abnormality occurs in the idling of the pump, the motor temperature rises due to the long-time operation of the motor, and the temperature sensor attached to the motor that drives the pump detects the motor temperature. The temperature sensor controller opens the normally closed contact and notifies the monitoring center via the abnormality occurrence notification device and the communication line. Can also be done quickly. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a system configuration diagram showing an embodiment of a water supply device abnormality notification device according to the present invention. In the drawing, an electrode rod 1A for detecting reduced water or full water is provided in a water receiving tank 1 provided in the basement or the first basement floor of a building (not shown).
A pipe 3 is piped from A and 2B to an elevated water tank 4 installed on the roof of a building (not shown), and the elevated water tank 4 is provided with an electrode rod 4A for detecting reduced water or full water. Pump 2
Motors 5A and 5B whose axes are connected to the motors 5A and 5B are connected to terminals 6Aa and 6Ab of a changeover switch 6A that switches for each input signal of the control panel 6.
The operation of the pumps 2A and 2B is performed alternately. The control panel 6 is connected to the electrode rods 1A and 4A, respectively. Further, temperature sensors 8A and 8B are attached to the case on the non-load side of the motors 5A and 5B, and these temperature sensors 8A and 8B
Are connected to the temperature sensor controllers 9A and 9B, and the temperature sensor controllers 9A and 9B are connected to the temperature sensors 8A and 8B.
When the detected case temperature of the motors 5A and 5B is a predetermined temperature, for example, 50 degrees Celsius, a signal is output and the normally closed contact 10b is opened and closed. Further, the normally closed contact 10b is connected to the abnormality occurrence notifying device 11, and is configured to notify the monitoring center 13 which remotely monitors the abnormality of the building equipment via the communication line 12 when the normally closed contact 10b is opened. Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. First, when the water in the elevated water tank 4 decreases and the electrode rod 4A detects the water reduction, the changeover switch 6A of the control panel 6
When the motor 5B is driven through the pump, the pump 2B rotates and the water in the water receiving tank 1 is supplied to the water receiving tank 1-pipe 3-pump 2B-
Water is supplied to the pipe 3-the elevated water tank 4. On the other hand, if air enters the pump 2B due to loose packing or the like (not shown), and idling occurs in which water is not supplied even when the motor 5B or the pump 2B rotates, the operating time of the motor 5B becomes long and the temperature of the motor 5B decreases. When the temperature rises to 50 degrees Celsius, the temperature sensor controller 9B outputs a signal to open the normally closed contact 10b. Next, the abnormality occurrence notification device 11 is a normally closed contact 1
It informs the monitoring center 13 via the communication line that the pump 2B has run idle due to the opening of 0b. The supervisor of the monitoring center 13 that has received the abnormality occurrence of the pump 2B requests the department in charge of the maintenance work of the equipment (not shown) to perform a recovery dispatch. The worker who has been requested by the monitoring center 13 to recover the pump 2B performs the recovery work on the spot if the pump 2B can be easily rotated, but judges that it will take a long time or does not have a special tool. If it is determined that recovery is not possible,
The changeover switch 6A of the control panel 6 is switched and an operation is performed such that the motor 5A always operates. Then, the water in the water receiving tank 1 is transferred to the elevated water tank 4 in the water receiving tank 1-pipe 3-pump 2
-Water is supplied in the order of pipe 3-elevated water tank 4. According to the present embodiment, even if an abnormality such as idling occurs in one of the pumps 2A and 2B, it is possible to promptly recover the system. The inconvenience of putting it on will be eliminated. According to the present invention, when an abnormality occurs in the idling of the pump, the motor temperature rises due to the operation of the motor for a long time, and the temperature sensor attached to the motor driving the pump detects the motor temperature. When the temperature sensor detects a predetermined temperature, the temperature sensor controller opens the normally closed contact to notify the monitoring center via the abnormality occurrence notification device and the communication line, so that the pump abnormality can be detected at relatively low cost. At the same time, the water supply device can be repaired quickly.
