SOLUTION: The trouble reporting device includes pumps 2A and 2B for feeding water from a water receiving tank 1 to an elevated water tank 4; temperature sensors 8A and 8B mounted to the cases of motors 5A and 5B driving the pumps 2A and 2B; temperature sensor controllers 9A and 9B having at least a normally closed contact 10b which opens when the temperature sensors 8A and 8B sense a predetermined temperature; and a trouble occurrence reporting device by which, upon the normally closed contact 10b being opened, the occurrence of trouble with a facility in a building is reported via a communications line 12 to a supervisory center 13 remotely supervising the water supply device.

部と、前記判定回路部の出力に基づいて異常状態をその
状態ごとに区別して表示する表示部とを備えた給水装置

プ本体に温度センサを取付けることはポンプの加工を必

度センサが予め設定した温度となると開放する常閉接点
を少なくとも有する温度センサコントローラと、前記常
閉接点の開放で、建物の設備の異常発生を通信回線を介
して遠隔的に監視する監視センターへ通報する異常発生
通報装置とを備えたものである。 【0007】このように構成したので、ポンプ空転の異
常が発生するとモータの長時間稼動によりモータ温度が
上昇しポンプを駆動するモータに取付けた温度センサは
このモータ温度を検出し温度センサが所定温度を検出す
ると温度センサコントローラは、常閉接点を開放させて
異常発生通報装置及び通信回線を介して監視センターへ
通報するようにしたので、比較的安価でポンプ異常を検
出できるとともに、給水装置の修理も迅速に行うことが

御盤6の入力信号毎に切換わる切換スイッチ6Aの端子
6Aa、6Abにそれぞれ接続され、モータ5A、5B
及びポンプ2A、2Bの運転を交互に行うように構成さ
れ、また制御盤6と電極棒1A、4Aがそれぞれ接続さ
れ、制御盤6はAC電源7より電源を供給している。ま
た、モータ5A、5Bの反負荷側のケースには温度セン
サ8A、8Bを取付け、これらの温度センサ8A、8B
は温度センサコントローラ9A、9Bに接続され、温度
センサコントローラ9A、9Bは温度センサ8A、8B
が検出したモータ5A、5Bのケース温度が所定温度で

断したり専用工具がないと復旧不能と判断した場合は、
制御盤6の切換スイッチ6Aを切換えるとともにモータ
5Aが常に稼動するような操作を行う。すると、受水槽
1の水は高架水槽4へ受水槽1−パイプ3−ポンプ2A

異常発生通報装置及び通信回線を介して監視センタへ通
報するようにしたので、比較的安価でポンプ異常を検出
できるとともに、給水装置の修理も迅速に行うことがで
きる。
