Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair the defective parts of earthenware of glassware with a polyester resin that has excellent gloss, good coloration properties, high heat resistance and sufficient hardness. SOLUTION: In order to repair the defective part (2) of earthenware or glassware, a mold (4) for the defective part (2) is formed with paper clay and is fixed to the defective part (2) with masking tapes (3). The defective part is filled with glass wool (6) and a colored polyester and sufficiently cured. Then, the paper clay is removed, the burrs are removed with a mini router or sand paper and finished so that the repaired part may become similar to the periphery. Further, a polyester coating material, a curing agent and a ehlution agent are added to a polyester resin and the color of the defective part is finished so as to be harmonized with the color and patterns of its surroundings. After the colored surface is sufficiently hardened, the surface is finished with next colors from pale color to dark one and their layers are piled up.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention has been devised to make it easy to repair broken or broken parts of set goods and glass products by utilizing the properties of polyester resins. It is. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, repair of setware, glass tableware, and products is generally performed by using an adhesive or lacquer. In addition, some high-end products and artworks are repaired with specialized equipment and hardened technology, so they have to be prepared for long-term dates and expensive repairs. [0003] Conventionally, there has been no technique for repairing and bonding broken or damaged parts of setware, glass tableware and products, except for special articles, and repairs have been considered impossible. Some setware, glassware, and products are heavily exhausted. In ordinary households, the adhesive is repaired with an adhesive or the like, but it is not practical due to poor aesthetics and problems in strength and heat resistance temperature. It has been devised to solve the above problems. [0004] In order to solve this inconvenience, a polyester resin (e) and glass wool (f) are used for a damaged part to repair the damaged part. Fill the repaired parts with glass wool and polyester resin (e), adding a pigment, toning and adding a specified amount of hardener. After confirming that the polyester resin (e) in the repaired part has hardened sufficiently, use sandpaper or a mini-router to carefully scrape off the protruding part to the same level as the surrounding area. In addition, the color of the pattern, etc. is added to the polyester resin (e) by adding a polyester paint, further adding a curing agent and a diluent, and coloring to match the surrounding pattern and color,
After confirming that it is sufficiently cured, move on to the next coloring,
The colors are stacked from pale to strong to finish. [0005] As described above, for bonding and restoring Setomono (a) and glassware, paper clay (d) is applied to portions other than the missing or damaged portions, and a mold is formed. Then, fix it with masking tape (c) etc. Next, an appropriate amount of glass wool (f) is inserted into the defective portion (b), and then the toned polyester resin (e) is filled. When the polyester resin (e) is sufficiently hardened, the paper clay mold (d) is peeled off, and the protruding polyester resin (e) is scraped off with a sandpaper or a mini-router to prepare a shape. If the repaired product has a color or pattern, color the polyester resin (e) to the same color as the surroundings, add a diluent, add brushes, confirm that the colored part has hardened, and repeat the next coloring to complete Let it. An embodiment will be described below. Fix the paper clay mold that was raised in the mold before the breakage with a masking table or the like to the side of the missing set goods and the missing part (2) of the glass product (1) so as not to cause dripping etc. . Next, pour the polyester resin (4) prepared by coloring with a curing agent into the defective part (2). When the polyester resin is sufficiently cured, remove the mold and polish it with water-resistant paper or a mini-router. Polish enough to finish. Since the polished surface is inevitably glossy, dilute the clear undiluted polyester resin () and apply it to the polished surface to finish the glossy surface with the surroundings. As described above, polyester resin is most suitable for repairing set products and glass products because of its excellent properties such as hardness and heat resistance, which are characteristics of set products and glass products. In addition, it is durable with excellent coloring and glazing, chemical resistance and workability,
It has a good bite even with repaired parts and is difficult to peel off.
