Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To privately make a booklet-like multilayer postcard out of one sheet. SOLUTION: An adhesive being peelable after adhesion is applied to almost the whole surface of one sheet constituted of three sheets of postcard size joined laterally, except an address surface, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to a position of the booklet corresponding to a margin to paste up. After folding, pressing of conducted and then one side of the booklet is cut.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a private postcard and a reciprocating postcard used in the field of business communication and the like. A multi-layer postcard obtained by adding an attachment to a postcard body has provided great convenience in the field of office communications and the like. The six-sided type with attached paper on both sides of the postcard body is folded into a Z-shape to maintain the integrity after peeling and to facilitate processing. There is a book form having a binding margin in a normal multi-page information paper medium, but it is difficult to form a book with a multi-layer postcard, which is a serious limitation of the function. This development aims to create a multi-layer postcard book. [0003] Conventionally, multi-layer postcards for concealing information on the side opposite to the address in private postcards have been generalized. in this case,
It is known that a series of sheets is folded into a Z shape after mechanical output processing. When this is referred to as a six-surface type from the number of information surfaces, each attached paper is in close contact with the postcard body by uniform pseudo-adhesion. Conversely, when peeled, the entire surface is peeled. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is based on the assumption that three postcard-sized paper sheets are connected side by side, and that the postcards are attached to both sides of the postcard by continuous processing. I researched making a type privately. A pressure-sensitive pseudo-adhesive which brings the postcard paper and the attached paper into close contact and a pseudo-adhesion state over the entire surface of the postcard paper and the attached paper is applied almost entirely. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive, an aqueous emulsion type latex-based adhesive or a transparent UV resin imparted with a pressure-sensitive self-adhesive action can be considered. Fixing is completed by heater drying or UV drying equipment before each pressure-sensitive bonding process. On the other hand, a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied in advance to a portion to be bound as a binding white at a position and width suitable for the binding white, and the portion to be opposed to the post body and the attached paper is bound. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive for the binding white, an aqueous emulsion type latex paste is preferable. As a treatment method, flexographic printing or pattern application using a nozzle can be considered, and it is important to secure post-processability by removing water after application and integrating the sheet with paper. Here, since the entire surface of the pseudo adhesive is required to be uniform and have an appropriate film pressure, flexographic printing using a coater or an anilox mesh roller is preferable. The strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive for binding white depends on the preparation of the adhesive, but the condition is that the adhesive force can be adjusted by adjusting the film pressure with a coating method such as flexographic printing, and in one example, high-quality paper was used as the base material In the case, the filling amount was adjusted in the range of 0.005 mm to 0.02 mm, and an adhesive force accompanied by substrate destruction was obtained by peeling after the subsequent press of 2 t / square centimeter with the filling amount of 0.01 mm. . In this way, an adhesive layer for pseudo-adhesion and an adhesive layer for binding white binding are placed on the opposing surface of the postcard and the attached paper, and after making them oppose, a multi-layer postcard is formed by pressing under pressure. Further, a paper medium having a book-like binding portion is provided when the attached paper is peeled off after the fact. Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on an embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a state in which the attached paper is peeled off a six-page multi-layered postcard in which attached papers B and C are added to both sides of a postcard book paper A. Here, postcard A is vertex 3-
1. Attachment B on the top surface has vertex 1-2, and attachment C on the opposite surface has vertex 3-4, and the site where vertexes 2 and 4 overlap is treated with the binding white pressure-sensitive adhesive E and joined. To indicate that FIG. 2 shows a substrate for forming the multilayer postcard of FIG. The base material is attached paper B on the left and right with respect to the postcard book paper A,
C are arranged as a series of parts, and FIG. 3 shows this from the opposite side. When the base material is folded in a Z-shape before pressure-sensitive pressing, the pressure-sensitive pseudo-adhesive layer D and the binding white portion are respectively formed on opposing surfaces based on the folding position so that the multilayer postcard of FIG. 1 is obtained. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer E is applied.
FIG. 4 shows a state in which the base material of FIG. 2 is folded in a Z-shape, pressed under pressure, and the pseudo-adhesive layer D and the binding white-side adhesive layer E are adhered via the peeling boundary surface F. It is a QR direction cross section. Here, if the sheet is cut at the XY position in a state of being folded in a Z-shape, a multilayer book-type private postcard as shown in FIG. 1 is obtained. As described above, by establishing a book-type private multi-layer postcard, the utility value of the postcard as an information medium can be greatly expanded. In particular, a wide range of industrial applications is expected as a means for notifying information related to the fact that consumers who receive postcards also integrally store information on attached sheets.
