よく情報のやり取りを行うにはインターネットホームペ
ージとIVRによる電話の自動発信を連動させる方法を
発見した。これにより常時接続をしていない所であって
も相手に情報を送信した事を同時に知らせる事が可能と

た車検発注データを、Web上に発信する。整備工場は
WEB上の配信データを確認し、受注とする。車検日当
日、整備工場が申込者車両の引取を行う。その際、携帯

内容の確認を顧客へ行い、交換の可否をDBへ登録す
る。登録された情報はWEB上へも配信される。もし、
整備工場がダイヤルアップ接続だった場合、インターネ
ットへの接続は断たれているので、確認にかなりの時差
が生ずる。そこでWEB上に配信されるタイミングで、
IVRを使用し整備工場への自動発信を行い、電話によ
る告知を行う。電話であれば、WEB配信とほぼ同時に
告知が行えるため、時差を最小におさえることができ、
発信をIVRに委ねるため、人的コスト、ミス、作業時
