国の提携整備工場との受発注業務や作業管理業務などの
やり取りをリアルタイムで行うことのできるシステムを
構築することにより効率的に作業の管理が行えるように
する為のものである。

【従来の技術】従来は電話とFAXによるやり取りを用
いて情報のやり取りを行っていた為、相手方の休日や営
業時間等の都合を考慮しなくてはならなく業務を行うに
あたり、時間的に大変効率の悪いものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明はその欠点をな
くすために、時間的にパソコン等を用いて効率よく業務
を進めること、リアルタイムで情報のやり取りが可能に
なるシステムの構築を課題として研究をすすめた。

【課題を解決するための手段】パソコン等を用いて効率
よく情報のやり取りを行うにはインターネットホームペ
ージとIVRによる電話の自動発信を連動させる方法を
発見した。これにより常時接続をしていない所であって
も相手に情報を送信した事を同時に知らせる事が可能と
なる。

【発明の実施の形態】社内アプリケーションで登録され
た車検発注データを、Web上に発信する。整備工場は
WEB上の配信データを確認し、受注とする。車検日当
日、整備工場が申込者車両の引取を行う。その際、携帯
電話から、IVRに電話をかけ引取の報告を行う。IV
Rは受注番号及び整備工場コードにより認証を行い、認
証が通れば現在の日付時刻をデータベースへ登録する。
入力ミス等により認証が通らなかった場合は、コールセ
ンターの担当者へ電話がつながる。登録された情報はコ
ールセンター側のアプリケーション内で監視されている
ため、作業状況及び進捗状況の把握が容易に行える。車
検後の納車連絡についても上記に記載された、内容と同
一の手順で作業を行う。引取後、車両の点検を行い、交
換の必要があるまたは交換したほうがよいと思われる部
品及び整備内容をホームページより入力する。センター
側での交換実施の把握は、前記で記述されているコール
センター側アプリケーションにより行う。交換及び整備
内容の確認を顧客へ行い、交換の可否をDBへ登録す
る。登録された情報はWEB上へも配信される。もし、
整備工場がダイヤルアップ接続だった場合、インターネ
ットへの接続は断たれているので、確認にかなりの時差
が生ずる。そこでWEB上に配信されるタイミングで、
IVRを使用し整備工場への自動発信を行い、電話によ
る告知を行う。電話であれば、WEB配信とほぼ同時に
告知が行えるため、時差を最小におさえることができ、
発信をIVRに委ねるため、人的コスト、ミス、作業時
間の短縮が見込める。
