Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine control method which evades a long- term left state at low temperature even in summer when a partition opening/ closing motor is not used for a long time and also reliably operates the motor as necessary. SOLUTION: The vending machine is operated with respective internal chambers 7 and 8 which are divided by heat insulation through the use of an opening/closing possible partition 6 being opened/closed by a partition opening/ closing motor 20 as a heating or cooling chamber or with the whole chambers as the cooling chamber by opening the partition 6. As the method for controlling the vending machine, the partition opening/closing motor 20 is periodically operated with the opening/closing operation of an internal door 3 as an opportunity when a whole storage is operated as the cooling chamber.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for controlling a vending machine, and more particularly, to a method for controlling a vending machine, even in summer, when a partition plate opening / closing motor is not used for a long time. The present invention relates to a vending machine control method that can avoid a long-term low-temperature leaving state by operating a partition plate opening / closing motor, and can reliably operate when necessary. 2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, in order to motivate users of vending machines to purchase products, the outer door and the heat-insulating inner door of the main body case are formed as transparent doors, and the products in the warehouse and the selling operation thereof are operated. Various vending machines configured to be visible from the outside are provided. An example of such a vending machine is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-302140 by the present applicant. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a conventional vending machine according to JP-A-10-302140. First, the overall structure of a vending machine will be described with reference to FIG. The main body case 1 is for storing and preserving commodities and taking them out as necessary.
And an inner door 3 having a transparent plate 3a. Further, the main body case 1 is provided with a product storage rack 4 in which racks 4a for storing products arranged in a front and rear row are arranged vertically and horizontally. [0004] The product storage rack 4 includes a box rack 4a, a spiral rack (not shown), a conveyor rack (not shown), and the like, which are formed so as to send out products forward based on a sales command. Each rack 4a
Are mounted on a plurality of shelves 5 provided in the main body case 1. [0005] Further, in the interior of the main body case 1, for example, an upper room 7 for hot beverages and a lower room 8 for cold beverages are partitioned by a partition plate 6 as a heat insulating panel in order to divide the storage temperature zone of commodities. Are insulated. The upper chamber 7 is provided with a heater for heating the air in the refrigerator and a blower fan (not shown). Further, the lower chamber 8 is provided with a cooling unit (not shown) for cooling the inside air. A partition plate opening / closing mechanism for opening and closing the partition plate 6 is disposed in the lower chamber 8 and includes a partition plate opening / closing motor (not shown), a partition plate open detection switch, a partition plate close detection switch, and the like, which are not shown. It is controlled by the control unit. When only the lower chamber 8 is used as a cooling chamber, the partition plate 6 is normally in a closed state, and is opened when an XY transport mechanism 9 described later operates to move its trajectory. It is configured to be able to secure. When both the upper chamber 7 and the lower chamber 8 are used as cooling chambers in summer or the like, the partition plate 6 is kept open at all times. Inside the inner door 3, an XY transport mechanism 9 having the front surface of each rack 4a as an XY coordinate plane is provided.
The XY transport mechanism 9 includes an X-axis transport mechanism that horizontally moves a bucket 10 that receives a product sent from the rack 4a, and a Y that vertically moves the X-axis transport mechanism.
And a shaft transport mechanism, and is controlled by a control unit (not shown). [0010] The bucket 10 receiving the goods delivered from the rack 4 a is moved to the vicinity of the lower central portion by the XY transport mechanism 9 formed as described above, and is moved through the flapper 11 of the inner door 3 to the outside. The product is carried out from the product outlet 12 of the door 2. [0011] The conventional vending machine thus configured is operated with the upper room 7 and the lower room 8 as cooling rooms in summer when there is a large demand for cold beverages, and in winter when there is little demand for cold beverages. Only the lower chamber 8 is operated as a cooling chamber. That is, in summer, when the upper chamber 7 and the lower chamber 8 are operated as the cooling chamber, the partition plate 6 is always open, and the partition plate opening / closing motor is always stopped. Accordingly, in the summer, the partition plate opening / closing motor is not operated for a long period of time and is left at a low temperature. There is a problem in that start-up failure due to adhesion of water droplets and, in the case of an AC motor, rust due to adhesion of dew to the bearing portion) may occur, and the partition plate opening / closing motor may not operate when necessary. The present invention has been made in view of the above, and even in summer, when the partition plate opening / closing motor is not used for a long period of time, the partition plate opening / closing motor is operated periodically to provide a long-term low-temperature operation. An object of the present invention is to provide a control method for a vending machine which can avoid an abandoned state and operate reliably when required. [0014] In order to achieve the above object, a control method for a vending machine according to the present invention is directed to a method of controlling a vending machine in a warehouse partitioned by a partition plate opened and closed by a partition plate opening / closing motor. In a vending machine control method in which each room is operated as a heating room and a cooling room, or all rooms are operated as a cooling room by opening the partition plate, when the entire inside of the refrigerator is operated as a cooling room Further, the partition plate opening / closing motor is operated periodically. Therefore, even in the summer season when the partition plate opening / closing motor is not used for a long period of time, by periodically operating the motor, the motor is not left at a low temperature without being operated for a long period of time. In the case of a motor, start-up failure due to the attachment of water droplets to the brush portion, and in the case of an AC motor, the occurrence of rust due to the attachment of dew to the bearing portion) can be eliminated, so that the motor can be reliably operated when necessary. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of a vending machine control method according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited by the embodiment. FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a control device of a vending machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing a control operation. In the following description, the same or corresponding members as those already described are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted or simplified. The overall structure of the vending machine is the same as that of the prior art shown in FIG. The main part of the control device of the vending machine has the configuration shown in FIG. That is, the main control unit 15 controls the entire vending machine, and is connected to the main body control unit 16 by the communication line 17. The main body controller 16 includes an inner door open / close detection switch 18 and a partition plate opening / closing mechanism 1 for opening and closing the partition plate 6.
9, for controlling a cooling unit (not shown) and the like.
The inner door opening / closing detection switch 18 is for detecting the state of the inner door 3 which is opened / closed when a product is filled or the like. A partition plate opening / closing mechanism for opening and closing the partition plate 6 is disposed in the lower chamber 8, and as shown in FIG. 1, a partition plate opening / closing motor 20, a partition plate open detection switch 21, and a partition plate close detection switch. 22 and is controlled by the main body control unit 16. In addition, the cooling unit is a motor compressor to configure a refrigeration cycle for cooling the inside of the refrigerator,
It is composed of an evaporator, a solenoid valve and the like. Next, the control operation will be described with reference to FIG. As described above, when both the upper chamber 7 and the lower chamber 8 are used as the cooling chambers in the summer, the partition plate opening / closing motor 20 is not operated for a long period of time and is left at a low temperature. If it is, the start failure due to the adhesion of water droplets to the brush part, and for AC motors,
There is a possibility that the partition plate opening / closing motor 20 may not operate when necessary. In order to avoid such a situation, it is necessary to operate the partition plate opening / closing motor 20 regularly even in a season when the motor is not used for a long period of time so that the motor can be reliably operated when necessary. It is an object of the invention. Therefore, the partition plate opening / closing motor 20 is operated as described below, triggered by the product filling operation (opening / closing operation of the inner door) which is always performed regularly regardless of the season. That is, first, the main control unit 15 monitors whether or not the inner door 3 is opened or closed based on the detection signal of the inner door open / close detection switch 18 via the main body control unit 16 (step S10). If the inner door 3 has not been opened and closed, the monitoring is continued as it is (No at Step S10), and if the inner door 3 has been opened and closed (Yes at Step S10), the main control unit 15 A command is issued to close the open partition plate 6. Upon receiving the command, the main body control section 16 operates the partition plate opening / closing motor 20 to close the partition plate 6 (Step S).
11) After waiting for a predetermined time (for example, several seconds) (step S12), the partition plate opening / closing motor 20 is operated again to open the partition plate 6 (step S13), and the standby state is set (step S14). The open / close state of the partition plate 6 is determined based on detection signals from the partition plate open detection switch 21 and the partition plate close detection switch 22. The reason for waiting for a predetermined time in step S12 is to check whether the partition plate opening / closing motor 20 has failed by checking the operating state of the motor. Therefore, by forcibly operating the partition plate opening / closing motor 20 every time the inner door 3 is opened / closed, for example, when a product is filled, it is possible to prevent the partition plate from being left at a low temperature without being operated for a long time. It is possible to eliminate adverse effects on the partition plate opening / closing motor 20 (in the case of a DC motor, start-up failure due to adhesion of water droplets to a brush portion, and in the case of an AC motor, rust due to adhesion of dew to a bearing portion). As described above, according to the vending machine control method of this embodiment, even in the summer when the partition plate opening / closing motor 20 is not used for a long time, the opening / closing operation of the inner door 3 is used as a trigger. By operating the partitioning plate opening / closing motor 20 specifically, a long-term low-temperature leaving state can be avoided, and the operation can be reliably performed when necessary. In the above embodiment, the inner door 3
It has been described that the partition plate opening / closing motor 20 is operated when the opening / closing operation is performed. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Then, this may be operated. The interior of the storage is divided into two chambers 7, 8
The present invention is similarly applicable to vending machines partitioned into three or more rooms, and similar effects can be expected. As described above, according to the method for controlling a vending machine according to the present invention, each chamber in a compartment which is insulated by a partition plate opened and closed by a partition plate opening / closing motor is heated. In the control method of a vending machine that operates as a room and a cooling room, or operates all rooms as a cooling room by opening the partition plate, when the entire inside of the refrigerator is operated as a cooling room, the partition plate Since the opening / closing motor is operated periodically, even in the summer season when the partitioning plate opening / closing motor is not used for a long time, it will not be left at a low temperature without being operated for a long time. In this case, start-up failure due to water droplets adhering to the brush part, and in the case of AC motors, rust due to adhesion of dew to the bearing part) can be eliminated, so that the motor operates reliably when necessary. Can be.
