アル軸受にアキシアル方向の過大な荷重が軸受に作用し
寿命を短くするという問題がある。本発明の目的は高速
での安定した走行及び油飛散による汚れを未然に防ぐこ
とが出来るシート状物の同時二軸延伸機を提供すること

一方、下部内輪は玉軸受ハウジングに対して玉(転動
体)を介して自由に回転することができる構造とする。
この下部内輪の中心位置より半径方向に偏心した位置に
軸を固定しこの軸に外形面を硬化処理したラジアル軸受

アキシアル方向の過大な荷重が負荷するという問題を未
然に防ぐことが出来る。玉軸受ハウジング14とガイド
レール4,5の内面との間には運転時の熱膨張差及び円

同時に延伸させた後シート状物を外し、出口側スプロケ
ットにより駆動されて、入口側スプロケットに戻るよう
に構成されたシート状物の同時二軸延伸機において、リ
ンク装置の折尺となるリンクプレートのジョイント用リ
ンク軸の最下端に取付けた玉軸受の内輪を上下に2分割
し、上部内輪をリンク軸に嵌合し、この上部内輪に対し
て転動体を介して一体物からなる玉軸受ハウジングを上
記ガイドレール側面に当接して回転させ、更にこの両者
に対して下部内輪を回転自由としたことを特徴とするシ
ート状物の同時二軸延伸機。1.
