Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the failure of a service vehicle on a routine run as much as possible in a circumstance that the routine run of the vehicle is an important issue at all times. SOLUTION: A minor change of the filament resistance of a incandescent lamp installed in the vehicle is measured during its service so as to make it possible to check the increase of the filament resistance from a driver's seat. In this manner, the life of the incandescent lamp on service can be predicted, so an earlier countermeasure against a failure of the incandescent lamp becomes possible, thus the routine run of the service vehicle is improved.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Technical field to which the invention pertains) It is often very troublesome to disturb the scheduled operation of vehicles that require scheduled operation, such as trains, route buses, and commercial vehicles. The present invention relates to the improvement of a commercial vehicle that is particularly troubled when the scheduled operation is disturbed.

(Prior art) In a commercial vehicle that is operating on a regular basis, an accidental disconnection of the brake light, direction indicator light, taillight, etc. due to unsafe operation will cause a serious accident. Since there are many problems that must be solved, in the past, incandescent lamps have been regularly replaced with new products in order to prevent problems. However, the life of incandescent lamps varies greatly depending on the operating voltage, etc., so it is very wasteful to replace them with new products on a regular basis. I reluctantly killed myself.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention is intended to prevent the incandescent lamp of the important safety light for both business and business from suddenly interrupting the operation of the vehicle due to unexpected disconnection to disturb the regular operation. . Scheduled operation of commercial vehicles is a very important issue.

(Means for Solving the Problem) The present invention does not take a method of periodically replacing the incandescent lamp of the important safety lamp of a commercial vehicle, but measures the slight change state of the filament resistance of the incandescent lamp before cutting the incandescent lamp. Could be predicted in advance.

(Embodiment of the Invention) In a commercial vehicle equipped with the electric device of the present invention, the incandescent light bulb of the important safety light that is predicted to be disconnected will be replaced with a new one when the vehicle is serviced or inspected, so the vehicle is in business. The number of accidents in which the incandescent lamp is replaced will be reduced and the scheduled operation will be improved.

(Embodiment) FIG. 1 (1) shows a constant voltage power supply device for measuring filament resistance of an incandescent lamp (4) mounted on a vehicle, and (2) shows a constant configuration. The filament current of the incandescent lamp (4) is measured with an ammeter connected to the voltage power supply (1), the change state of the filament resistance is displayed on the driver's seat of the vehicle, and the resistance value display device (3) is activated to display the filament resistance. It is predicted that the life of the incandescent lamp is approaching the end as it rises above a certain level. At this time, the incandescent lamp (4) may be replaced at times other than the operation of the vehicle.
It is especially effective in the case of brake lights and turn signals that are important safety lights. Further, sharing the power source (1) for lighting the incandescent lamp and the power source (1) for measuring the filament resistance has many advantages in various respects. Examples of the lamp resistance decrease display device (3) are an ammeter, a digital ammeter, a current decrease warning buzzer, and a current decrease voice leaving device, which are partially enlarged.

(Effect of the invention) Since the life of incandescent lamps used in commercial vehicles can be predicted, it is possible to predict in advance whether or not various signal lights and safety lights will be disconnected, so there will be less accidents due to ball cutting during operation. In addition, it is not necessary to replace the important signal lights with new ones early, and the waste of resources is reduced.
