According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a partitioning device, which is a partitioning device having a cold storage compartment on one side and a cold storage compartment on the other side. The tray is inserted into the partitioning device by inserting the tray into the partitioning device. In a serving vehicle in which the tray is housed in a warm and cool box and one side of the tray is in a cold room, and the other side is in a warm room, while the warm room and the cool room are provided with receiving members for respectively holding the side ends of the tray, Since each receiver is formed so as to be slidable in the direction approaching the partition device and in the direction away from the partition device, food that requires heat retention is placed on one side of one tray and food that requires cold storage on the other side. With the tray placed, the tray can be inserted into the partition device to keep food warm and cold at the same time, and by moving the placement position of the receiver, only one type of tray can be used. Even when used, the ratio of the area placed in the greenhouse to the tray and the area placed in the cold room can be easily changed, and the ratio of the amount of food that needs to be kept warm and the amount of food that needs to be kept warm. Can be easily dealt with, and at this time the greenhouse and cold room are kept at a fixed volume, and the heating capacity in the greenhouse and the cooling capacity in the cold room do not change. The food can be sufficiently kept warm and cold.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect, a pair of receiving members for holding each side end portion of one tray are provided.
Since the receivers are connected so that the distance between them matches the widthwise dimension of the tray, it is possible to maintain the pair of receivers in a state where they can hold both ends of the trays when sliding the receivers. Therefore, it is possible to easily change the ratio of the area of the tray to be placed in the greenhouse and the ratio of the area to be placed in the cool chamber by moving the placement position of the receiver.
