Specifications such as shape and number of outputs vary widely. In addition, conventionally,
Most transformers used as main transformers for multi-output power supplies are designed and manufactured after determining circuit specifications. Therefore, in the conventional transformer, it takes a long time from design to delivery and the design cost is high. In addition, the conventional transformer was not designed to be reused after assembly, and therefore could not be disassembled or replaced.

Proposed a transformer as disclosed in 49. This transformer uses flat-type and sheet-type insulated coil components that are separate units with the primary and secondary windings separated, and these coil components are attached to and detached from the core respectively. It has a possible structure. By using such a structure, it is possible to standardize each coil component, and by combining these coil components, it is possible to manufacture transformers with various specifications. Moreover, the use of such a structure facilitated disassembly of the transformer and reuse of components. In addition, by standardizing the coil components, we can provide the desired transformer by simply selecting and combining the coil components that meet the user's specifications from the various coil components prepared in advance, and the period from order receipt to delivery is greatly shortened. It became possible to do.

Both were circular. Therefore, when the coil component is rotatable with respect to the center leg of the core like this structure, the efficiency of the work of soldering the conductive wire extended from the coil component to the substrate by the rotation of the coil component is deteriorated. In some cases, the conductor wire or the like soldered to the board may come off.

The opening is provided in the case, and the movement of the coil component in the rotation direction is restricted by the opening of the case to prevent the coil component from rotating. For this reason, the shape of the mold for molding the case, the bobbin, and the like becomes complicated, and it is difficult to change the shape of the coil component and the case.

Since it had to be adjusted, the work efficiency when storing the coil component and the core in the case was poor.
