動するパンチと、パンチの軸孔に支持され、軸孔に対し
て相対的に進退動可能な孔抜き用のパンチロッドとを備
え、送り手段により線材をダイの前端面開口部より前方
に所定長さ押し出した後、挟持手段により線材を挟持す
る一方、パンチとパンチロッドとを面一状態でダイ側に
前進させてダイ前端面より突出した線材の先端部を所定
厚さの鍔形状に圧造加工し、その後、パンチロッドのみ
をその前死点位置で停止させた状態でダイをパンチ側に
前進移動させると共にパンチを後退移動させて、鍔状部
中央に通孔を抜いて環状部材を形成し、然る後、パンチ
ロッドを後退させてパンチの軸孔に退入させ、形成され
た環状部材をパンチロッドから離脱させるように構成さ
れていることを特徴とする環状部材の製造装置。
