いた。2. Description of the Related Art In a conventional electric refrigerator, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, 1 is an outer box, 2 is an inner box, and foam insulation is provided between the outer box 1 and the inner box 2. The material 3 is filled. In the foam insulation material 3, a compressor 4 arranged outside the refrigerator and an evaporator 5 arranged inside the refrigerator are connected in parallel to a suction pipe 6 and an outer circumference of the suction pipe 6. The capillary tube 7 and the wiring 8 for connecting each electric circuit are buried. The suction pipe 6 for returning the refrigerant from the evaporator 5 to the compressor 4 is likely to become low in temperature, and when it comes into contact with the metal back plate 1a forming the back wall, the surface of the back plate 1a is condensed and eventually corroded. In order to cause such a situation, the suction pipe 6 is fixed to the inner box 2 with a tape 9 or the like, and a spacer 10 made of expandable polyethylene is attached under the suction pipe 6.

なっていた。As shown in FIG. 4A, when the suction pipe 6 is attached to the inner box 2 with the tape 9 or the like, the temperature zone on the surface side of the inner box 2 (the inside of the refrigerator) is When high,
There is a risk that the surface of the inner box 2 will condense and water will accumulate in the refrigerator, and as shown in FIG. 4 (B), a spacer 10 made of expandable polyethylene is placed under the suction pipe 6. In the case of mounting, it is necessary to fix the spacer 10 with the tape 9 or the like so that the spacer 10 is not blown by the foaming pressure when the foam heat insulating material 3 is filled, resulting in an increase in material cost and man-hours.

As shown in (D), when the foam heat insulating material 3 is filled, the soft foam is compressed, and the distance between the inner box 2 and the suction pipe 6 and the distance between the outer box 1 and the suction pipe 6 become sufficient. Otherwise, the inner box 2 and the outer box 1 may be affected by heat due to the low temperature of the suction pipe 6, and if the spacer 10 is made large to prevent this, the foamed heat insulating material due to flow inhibition of the foamed heat insulating material 3 is generated. There was a risk that unfilling of 3 might occur.

Therefore, it is necessary to align the position of the capillary tube 7 with the opening of the spacer 10. Otherwise, the capillary tube 7 and the spacer 10 must be aligned.
A space is formed between the spacer 10 and the suction pipe 6, and the spacer 10 and the suction pipe 6 are not in close contact with each other, so that the spacer 10 cannot be completely fixed. There was a fear of problems.
