Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET bottle type container for a beverage serving tasty and flavorful tea by keeping powdered tea and drinking water separately and then mixing both by a simple means for the first time when a person drinks. SOLUTION: A cap attached to a bottle mouth of a beverage container main body usually runs idle since both the screw portions of the cap and the bottle mouth are in a non-screwed state. When a person drinks, the cap is rotated to the right while suppressing the cap and then both screw portions are hooked and the cap moves downward to push a collar member. The collar member is broken and is removed from the main body accompanied by the movement of the cap. The projection in the cap sticks and breaks the sealed container housing powdered tea by the movement of the cap and the powdered tea drops in the drinking water of the main body. The packing in the cap hits the upper edge portion of the bottle mouth to prevent leak of the drinking water. In this state the powdered tea and the drinking water are mixed by shaking the main body. Finally the cap is rotated to the left to remove the cap from the bottle mouth.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a powdery tea and drinking water which are separately hermetically sealed in a container, and the powdered tea and drinking water are mixed for the first time in a drink. The present invention relates to a synthetic resin beverage mixing container such as a PET bottle. 2. Description of the Related Art In accordance with recent health consciousness, various beverage teas, for example, green tea, are sold by vending machines installed in stores or at various places. Above all, plastic bottle-type ones are sold particularly frequently. This is easy to use, as you can open the mouth once like a can and once you do not drink up to the end, you can re-attach the cap and suspend temporarily, and like the can, the smell and taste of the metal that is the material of the can It is considered that the reason is that the flavor is not spoiled. [0003] However, the above-mentioned PET bottle type has a problem, especially with respect to the PET bottle type, especially green tea-based teas. In other words, conventional PET bottle-type tea is prepared by extracting tea (tea leaf) extract in advance, dissolving the extracted tea (tea leaf) solution or granule extract in drinking water, and packing it into a PET bottle for sale. ing. For this reason, at the stage of extracting the extract, tea ingredients such as catechin, caffeine, tannin, theanine, and the like, the bitterness and astringency of the tea, and the smell, etc. While stored in a state, there was a problem that the flavor and aroma disappeared with the passage of time. [0004] The above-mentioned PET bottle type drinking water tea is
Antioxidants and the like may be added for the purpose of long-term storage, prevention of discoloration, and the like, but these have a problem in that they lower the taste and flavor of tea. That is, the problem of the above-mentioned conventional PET bottle type tea is caused by the fact that the tea and the drinking water are provided in a mixed state in advance. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and in the case of a beverage, a mixed container for beverages (freshly roasted) capable of drinking delicious tea having a high aroma at any time. PET bottle) is provided, wherein the drinking water and the powder are separated from each other, and the drinking water is stored in the container body 2 and the powder is stored in the bottle opening 2 of the container body 2.
a, which is housed in a sealed container 4 fastened so as to close the bottle mouth 2a and has a projection 6a located on the inner side of the bottle mouth 2a with respect to the bottle mouth 2a. 6 is attached detachably so as to surround the outside of the sealed container 4, and the bottle cap 2 is always attached to the attached cap 6.
a. The screw portion 6b which is not screwed to the screw portion 2c of FIG. 7a and is further screwed to the screw portion 2c of the bottle opening 2a when the cap is slightly pressed downward.
And a collar member 8 provided between the lower end 6c of the cap and the main body 2 and having a mechanically weak portion 8a which is broken when screwed in, is interposed on the outer peripheral surface of the bottle mouth 2a. The present invention proposes a beverage mixing container characterized by the following. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. First, the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 10 will be described. Reference numeral 2 denotes a main body container of a PET bottle 1 made of a well-known pet resin, and a drinking water 3 such as a mineral water is stored in the container. Reference numeral 4 denotes a sealed container (bag) fixed to the bottle opening 2a of the main container 2, which is made of a film-shaped synthetic resin, aluminum,
It is made of water-resistant paper or the like, and contains an appropriate amount (several grams) of powdered tea 5 in which tea leaves are crushed to micron roughness. Note that green tea such as green tea, gyokuro and tencha is suitable for use as tea leaves. The sealed container 4 has a container (bag) shape, and a part of the container, for example, a flange portion 4a is fixed to the upper end portion 2b of the bottle mouth in a state where the main portion 4c is immersed in the bottle mouth 2a. You. Thereby, the drinking water 3 in the container main body 2 is sealed in the container. 4b is a protrusion 6 of a cap 6 described later.
5A shows a concave portion of the upper surface portion 4d formed so as to correspond to FIG. Reference numeral 6 denotes a cap made of synthetic resin or metal which is detachably attached to the bottle opening 2a, and has a projection 6a projecting inward on the inner surface side. I have. Reference numeral 6b denotes a threaded portion formed at the lower portion of the inner surface, and 7 denotes a packing attached to the inner surface. Reference numeral 8 denotes a cylindrical member made of synthetic resin or paper interposed between the lower end 6c of the cap 6 and the shoulder 2d of the container body so as to surround the outer peripheral surface of the bottle opening 2a when the cap 6 is attached. As shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, a part thereof is provided with a mechanical weak point portion 8a including a perforation, a cut groove, and the like. Reference numeral 9 denotes a sealing member which is attached to the outside of the cap 6 as necessary, and is made of a thin synthetic resin material or paper material. A mechanical weak point 9a such as a perforation is formed for the purpose. Next, the case of drinking will be specifically described. The PET bottle-type beverage container is sold, for example, at stores, vending machines, and the like. Then, the customer who purchased the beverage container peels off the outermost sealing member 9. After peeling off the seal, when the cap 6 is slightly turned inward (downward) and turned clockwise, the screw portion 6b of the cap 6 is screwed (screwed) to the screw portion 2c of the bottle opening 2a. Then, the cap 6 moves inward (downward), and the lower end 6c pushes down the collar 8 with which the screw 8 is brought into contact with the screw, so that the mechanical weak point 8a is broken and the collar 8 is peeled off from the bottle opening 2a (peeling). )break away. By screwing (turning clockwise) the cap 6, a protrusion 6 a having a sufficient length is formed.
The powdered tea 5 in the sealed container 4 is dropped into the drinking water in the container body by pressing the upper surface portion 4d side of the container to break through it, and further breaking the lower surface portion 4e. In this state, the user holds the plastic bottle (drink container) and shakes it to mix the powdered tea and the drinking water. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, the packing 7 attached to the cap by the final screwing of the cap (in a state where the cap is turned clockwise to the end) is moved to the upper end 2b of the bottle opening 2a.
As a result, the container body 2 is kept airtight and leakage of drinking water out of the container is prevented. When the cap 6 is turned counterclockwise in the initial state where the sealing member 9 has been peeled off, as shown in FIG. 2, the screw 6b of the cap 6 and the screw 2
c is in the released state with the cap c. After the above mixing, the cap 6 is turned counterclockwise to remove the cap 6 from the bottle mouth 2a, and when drinking, the sealed container 4 which has been broken remains at the upper end 2b of the bottle mouth 2a. Although it remains in a state of being worn, if the sealed container 4 is slightly pulled, it can be easily removed from the bottle mouth, so that it goes without saying that if there is a problem in drinking, it may be removed naturally. It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the powdered tea as in the above-described embodiment, but also includes a powdered liquid of coffee, black tea, juice, and a concentrated liquid thereof in the sealed container 4. You may keep it sealed. FIGS. 11 to 16 show a second embodiment. Compared to the first embodiment, the sealed container 4 is turned upside down, and the inside of the bottle opening 2a is not changed. Instead, it is exposed to the upper side and is fixed. With such a configuration, it is possible to easily remove the container from the bottle opening at the time of beverage. The beverage container of the present invention (pet bottle)
At the time of drinking, the sealed container is broken for the first time by the projection of the cap, and the powdered tea in the container falls into the drinking water in the container body,
Because they are mixed, a drinker can drink a deliciously mixed (roasted) tea that does not escape the ingredients of the tea and does not impair the flavor or aroma. When the cap is screwed on, the hermetic container is broken and broken by the projection, and the powdered tea in the container can be reliably dropped into the drinking water in the container body. Easier to do. In addition, since a collar member having a mechanical weak portion that breaks when the screw is screwed is interposed between the lower end portion of the cap and the main body portion on the outer peripheral surface of the bottle mouth, the cap is always closed. The cap spins against turning counterclockwise,
Inadvertent breakage of the sealed container can be prevented, and when turning the cap clockwise when screwing it, the end of the cap destroys the collar member with the weak point, making the screwing operation easy The sealing container can be reliably broken by the projection of the cap. When mineral water is used as drinking water and only water is desired to be taken at the time of drinking, the cap is removed from the bottle mouth, and the sealed container fixed to the bottle mouth is removed. You can also drink.
