【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、収納庫、保管庫、
キャビネット等の箱状本体の左右側板と天板及び底板で
形成されるコーナー部の組立方式に特徴がある組立式収
納庫に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来の技術としては、ビス、ボルト等に
よる固定、あるいは接着による固定が一般的である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、前記従
来技術には、ビス、ボルト等により固設したり、接着で
固設するものであるが、組立て作業が大変であり、特
に、コーナー部の補強組立に工夫がなく、強度を出すこ
とはできないという問題があった。また、輸送、梱包の
際、コンパクトにまとめることができないという問題が
あった。
【0004】本発明は、このような事情に鑑み、前記従
来技術の欠点を解消し、簡単な構成により解決したもの
である。それは、天板、左右側板、底板の前後に形成し
た補強折り曲げ部材を利用してコーナー部を略L字形補
強板からなる取付具でネジ止めし、ネジ止めの他に取付
具にカシメ、溶接等して固設してある突出ピンと、補強
折り曲げ部材に形成した孔の嵌合でコーナー部の取り付
け強度を高めたもので、対角方向、側方向から押圧力が
掛ってもねじれ、よじれを生じ難い組立てが可能になっ
た天板と左右側板、底板と左右側板から形成されるコー
ナー部で補強固定する組立式収納庫を提供することを目
的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は、前記課題の解
決を図ったもので、次のような技術手段を採用した。請
求項1記載の発明においては、箱状本体の左右側板と天
板、及び底板のコーナー部取り付けにおいて、左右側板
の前後に形成した補強折り曲げ部材と天板と底板の前後
に形成した補強折り曲げ部材を各々対峙するように形成
し、箱状本体に組み立てた際、内側に位置する側に、天
板と左側板の補強折り曲げ部材にネジ孔と孔を設け、同
じく天板と右側板の補強折り曲げ部材にネジ孔と孔を設
け、さらに、底板と左側板の補強折り曲げ部材にネジ孔
と孔を設け、同じく底板と右側板の補強折り曲げ部材に
ネジ孔と孔を設け、計8ヶ所のネジ孔と孔を設け、これ
ら天板、左右側板、底板で形成される8ヶ所のコーナー
部を略L字形のネジ孔と突出ピンを有する補強板からな

【発明の実施の形態】図1に示すものは、本発明の収納
庫1で、箱状本体である天板2と左右側板3、4と底板
5と後板6を矢印の方向に組み合わせて箱状本体を組み
立てていくもので、図2に示すようなコーナー部を略L
字形補強板からなる取付具7でコーナー補強を行うよう
にした組立式収納庫である。

【実施例】以下、本発明の一実施例を添付図面で詳細に
説明する。図1に示したものは本発明の具体的な一実施
例である収納庫1等の箱状本体の天板2、左右側板3、
4、底板5、後板6の組立状況を示す分解斜視図、図2
は左側板3と底板5を略L字形補強板からなる取付具7
で取り付ける組立状態を示す斜視図である。
【0008】先ず、各部材について説明すると、収納庫
1本体の左右側板3、4には後板6と嵌め込ませる側の
内側に後板6を嵌め込んだ際、面一になるように略Ω字
状の補強折り曲げ部材8が図1、図2に示すように構成
されている。

納庫1の箱状本体、すなわち天板2、左右側板3、4、
底板5で形成される前後の四隅のコーナー部を略L字形
補強板からなる取付具7で固定するものである。この略
L字形補強板からなる取付具7は、少なくとも1ヶ所以
上、できれば複数ヶ所にネジ孔10と、突出ピン11を
カシメる等して固設し、この突出ピン11に対向するよ
うに、補強折り曲げ部材8に孔12を穿設し、前記略L
字形補強板からなる取付具7のネジ孔10に対応するよ
うに、ネジ孔10を設けたものである。

の組み立てについて説明すると、図1に示すように矢印
方向にならって組み立て、図2に示すように左側板3と
底板5の補強折り曲げ部材8から形成されるコーナー部
9を略L字形補強板からなる取付具7を当接させて、突
出ピン11と、孔12とを合致させ嵌合し、略L字形補
強板からなる取付具7のネジ孔10を用いてボルト、ビ
ス等で補強折り曲げ部材8のネジ孔10と螺合固定する

部を補強した上で組み立てることができる。
