するものである。即ち、本発明の油回転式真空ポンプで
は、オイルに不活性オイル、好ましくは比重が2程度の
重い不活性オイルを使用することにより、油回転ポンプ
からの排気中にガスや異物が含まれていても、このガス
や異物等の影響による前記オイルの劣化を抑制すること
ができる。
