Further, a print sheet for forms for printing with an ink jet printer or the like has also been proposed,
For example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-239058, a delivery voucher having a delivery information entry field on the surface and a receipt voucher are releasably adhered to a base material (intermediate sheet) via an adhesive that can be peeled off after adhesion. However, a delivery slip printable by a non-impact printer is disclosed in which an adhesive is applied to the back surface side of the base material (intermediate sheet) to cover and protect the release paper.

The form printing sheet of the present invention is a form printing sheet in which an upper surface sheet, an intermediate sheet, and a release paper are laminated in this order from the top, and two or more sheets are placed in the upper surface sheet. It is divided into regions, at least one region of which is releasably adhered to the intermediate sheet, and a cutting line is placed at the boundary between the one region and the other region, and an interval of 10 mm to 25 mm is set in the cutting line. 0.1 mm to 0.
The non-cutting part having a length of 5 mm was provided. The form printed from the form printing sheet having such a structure not only divides the area to be releasably attached by the cutting line and adheres releasably, but also a predetermined length within the cutting line with a predetermined distance. By providing a non-cutting part (that is, the part left uncut), such a region can be easily peeled off when it is desired to peel it off, but the peelable region, especially its edge, rolls up during transportation or printing. There can be no.

The form printing sheet of the present invention is a form printing sheet in which an upper surface sheet, an intermediate sheet, and release paper are laminated in this order from the top, and a part or all of the area of the upper surface sheet is intermediate. While it is releasably attached to the sheet, a separation part that is separable from other parts of the intermediate sheet is provided in a part or multiple parts of the intermediate sheet, and when the release paper is peeled off, the separation part adheres to the release paper. Separated from the intermediate sheet,
The notch formed at this time was used as a clue when peeling the peelable area of the top sheet. With the form printed from the form printing sheet having such a structure, even if the form is firmly attached so that the peelable area does not roll up, it can be easily peeled off due to the presence of a clue at the time of peeling.

Instead of providing the "separator" as described above,
It is also possible to preliminarily provide a "cutting portion" in a part or a plurality of portions in the intermediate sheet, and the cutting portion serves as a clue when peeling the peelable area of the top sheet. In consideration of paper feeding in the printer, it is preferable that the sheet surface of the form printing sheet is as flat as possible. Therefore, it is better to provide the “separating part” as described above than to provide the “cutting part” in advance. This point is preferable.

Here, the peelable adhesive layer 21 can be formed by applying a pressure sensitive adhesive or the like on the upper surface of the intermediate sheet 3. However, the adhesive is not limited to the pressure-sensitive adhesive as long as the adhesive can be easily peeled off, and a heat-sensitive adhesive, a re-wetting adhesive, or an adhesive such as natural rubber whose adhesiveness is adjusted can be used. Incidentally, as the pressure-sensitive adhesive, a conventionally known pressure-sensitive adhesive can be used, and for example, a fine particulate filler having a non-affinity to a non-releasing adhesive base such as natural rubber or styrene-butadiene rubber. It is possible to use a composition obtained by blending. The non-peelable adhesive base at this time is one that has been conventionally used as an adhesive base material, for example, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, acrylic resin, chloroprene rubber, polyvinyl acetate, polymethyl methacrylate, Latex based on these,
It is possible to use one kind or two or more kinds of admixtures consisting of a group such as these emulsions. As a fine-grained filler showing non-affinity to the non-peeling adhesive base,
One or a mixture of two or more selected from the group consisting of silica, starch, talc, clay, kaolin, acrylic beads, zeolite, alumina gel, calcium carbonate, zinc oxide, titanium oxide, activated clay, cellulose, shirasu balloon and glass powder. Can be used. Further, as disclosed in [0011] to [0030] of JP-A-5-311135, glass fiber, carbon fiber, PAN
Needle-like substances such as system fibers, metal crystals, and metal compound crystals (eg, potassium 6-titanate) may be added.
