【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、鉢替えの植物
を、植木鉢と植物を簡単に分離できるようにした分割式
植木鉢に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来、種々、形の異なる植樹用の植木鉢
あるいは平面、縦面等、置く場所、飾る場所によっての
構造の異なる植木鉢等はあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】これには次のような問
題があった。
（イ）植木鉢の内部で植物の根が張り過ぎたとき、植木
鉢と根がくっ付き合い、植木鉢と植物を分離することが
容易でなかった。
（ロ）植木鉢と植物を分離することが容易でないため
に、分離作業中、大事な枝を折ったり、葉に傷を付けた
り、あるいは根に傷を付けたりすることがあった。
（ハ）植木鉢と植物を分離することが容易でないとき、
植物を生かすために、植木鉢を壊すこともあった。
（ニ）以上の問題は、植木鉢が大きくなるに比例して、
大となる。
（ホ）開口部が小さく、中央部が膨らみ、あるいは下部
が大きな、略変形の体形を有する植木鉢等は、分離の
際、体形に凹凸があるために、植物の根土が該凹凸や開
口部に引っ掛り、植物と植木鉢の分離困難なため、土植
え用の植木鉢としては存在しなかった。水栽培は除く。
本発明は、これらの問題を解決するためになされたもの
である。

【課題を解決するための手段】中心から縦に２分割した
鉢（１ａ）、（１ｂ）を合体させて１個の植木鉢（１）
を構成する。この植木鉢（１）に締付枠（２ａ）、（２
ｂ）を嵌着させて一体に組み立てる。本発明は、以上の
ような構成よりなる分割式植木鉢である。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態につい
て説明する。図１ないし図１０に示すように、中心から
縦に２分割した鉢（１ａ）と鉢（１ｂ）を合体させて１
個の植木鉢（１）を構成する。図面には丸型植木鉢で説
明するが、これに限定しない。角形植木鉢、開口部が小
さく、中央部、下部が大きな略変形を有する植木鉢等、
植木鉢以外にも、鉛筆、筆等の小物立て、ちり箱等他に
も応用できる。さらに桶、樽等の様に３分割、４分割あ
るいはそれ以上にと複数に鉢（１）を分割して構成する
こと等も考えられる。図２と図６に示すように植木鉢
（１）と植物（５）の分離を容易にするためには、植木
鉢（１）と植物（５）の根土（６）を切り離すことが第
一で、植木鉢（１）を２つに割ることができる様にした
ことによって、植木鉢（１）と植物（５）の根土（６）
が容易に分離できる様になる。図５ないし図７に示すよ
うに、植木鉢（１）を鉢（１ａ）と鉢（１ｂ）とに分割

材料等で形成する。又、材料の堅い木製等の場合は底部
（４）を蝶番状に設けてもよい。図３、４、７、１０に
示すように、鉢（１ａ）と鉢（１ｂ）の何れか片側の縦
の両端内面に、ガード（７）を設ける。ガード（７）を
設けることによって、植物（５）の根土（６）が張った
場合、鉢（１ａ）と鉢（１ｂ）の合わせ目より根が張り
出したり、土が押し出されたりするのを防ぎ、鉢（１
ａ）と鉢（１ｂ）の合体を確かなものにできる。
【０００６】図３、７、１０に示すように、前記植木鉢
（１）に締付枠（２ａ）、（２ｂ）を嵌着させて一体に
組み立てる締付枠（２）を設ける。図１、８、９に示す
ように、締付枠（２）は、植木鉢（１）の上部に締付枠
（２ａ）１つと、中間部に締付枠（２ｂ）１つ、あるい
は数個と、下部に締付枠（２ｃ）１つ設ける。ただし、
植木鉢が縦に大なる程に、締付枠（２）を設ける数は異
なる。図５ないし図７に示すように、植木鉢（１）の底
部が接続されている場合の、締付枠（２）の数は、底部
に設ける締付枠（２ｃ）を１つ少なく設けてもよい。

に、締付枠（２）はリング状に形成する。なお、必ずし
もリング状でなくとも、鉢（１ａ）と鉢（１ｂ）を嵌着
できれば従来形のベルト、紐、タイ等を形成することも
考えられるが、簡単に態様できればコスト等を考慮のう
え如何なる締付枠（２）でも構わない。締付枠（２）を
リング状に設けるには、植木鉢（１）に設ける上部、中
間部、下部それぞれの位置の外形に合わせた径のリング
を形成する。締付枠（２）をベルトで絞めたり、紐で締
めて結んだり、タイで絞ったりたりして設けると、同一
形のベルト、紐、タイ等で植木鉢（１）の上部、中間
部、下部等に設けられ、さらに前後の大小幾つかの、植
木鉢（１）にも設けられる。また略変形を有する植木鉢
の凹凸に合わせて使用することもできる。図８ないし図
１０に示すように、植木鉢（１）上部の上枠部（８）を
締付枠（２ａ）に形成することなども考えられる。本発
明は以上の様な構造だが、以上の例だけに限定されるも
のではない。
【０００８】これを使用するときは、図３と図７に示す
ように、２分割にされた鉢（１ａ）と鉢（１ｂ）を逆さ
にして合わせ、締付枠（２ａ）を底部（４）より植木鉢
（１）上部に１つ、締付枠（２ｂ）を中間部に１つ、あ
るいは数箇、底部（４）が２分されている場合は下部に
締付枠（２ｃ）を１つ嵌着させて、植木鉢（１）形状に
固定し、この植木鉢（１）の開口部（３）を上面に戻
し、植木鉢（１）として使用する。従来、植木鉢は底部

部（３）より植木鉢（１）を２つに割って、植物（５）
を取り出す。植木鉢（１）のテーパー状の角度によって
は締付枠（２）を、上部締付枠（２ａ）、中間部締付枠
（２ｂ）、下部締付枠（２ｃ）の何れからでも外すこと
ができる。

【発明の効果】本発明の分割式植木鉢を使用することに
よつて、従来できなかった植木鉢が分割でき、植木鉢と
植物の分離が容易になるので、作業中、大事な枝を折っ
たり、葉に傷を付けたり、根に傷を付けたり、植物の根
