Description of the Related Art The conventional technology for utilizing the cold energy of snow and ice is of a type in which snow and ice are taken into a building such as an ice room, or a large fixed type in which a snow storage is constructed and cold energy or cold water is used to transport cold energy to a facility. It is a ceremony facility. In particular, a conventional cold water circulation type facility requires a dedicated snow shed and a machine room. [0003] The conventional chilled water circulation type facility requires a dedicated snow shed and a machine room, and requires a large space throughout the year on the site or in the building. there were. [0004] A device 1 for exchanging cold energy with water by spraying water on snow and ice by a shower 8 to melt the snow and ice, a cold water tank 2 for storing the cold water, The heat exchanger 3 for transmitting the cooling heat to the circulating water for cooling is housed in a compact package 4 and integrated, so that the chilled water circulating snow cooling device can be moved by a simple lifting machine. [0005] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a snow room 1, which is a space highly insulated by a heat insulating material 6, is provided in a package 4. In the snow room, water is sprayed onto snow and ice by a shower 8 on a pallet 5 to melt the snow and ice, thereby obtaining heat exchange of cold energy into water. The cold water is stored in the cold water tank 2. The heat exchanger 3 performs heat exchange for transmitting cold heat from the cold water in the cold water tank 2 to the circulating water for cooling.
The above functions are housed in a compact package 4. The package used was a recycled railway container. [0006] The package is moved by a transport vehicle using a simple hoist such as a UNIC vehicle or a forklift. From the package, the outgoing pipe and the return pipe of the chilled water pipe to the indoor cooler 7 are sent to the object to be cooled. When moving, reconnect only this pipe. [0007] For the heat exchange in the package, a method of directly sending cold water to a cooling machine without using a heat exchanger may be used. It is also possible to easily incorporate a heat exchange device in the cold water tank. The shape of the package is not limited to a railway container, and any package can be used as long as it is a small and popular product. The mobile hoist includes other general hoists. The number of indoor air conditioners is not limited to one, and a plurality of indoor air conditioners may be used. In addition to cooling, the present invention can be applied to use of cold air for refrigeration. [0008] By making the cold water circulation type snow cooling device mobile, it is possible to cope with removal during temporary cooling periods and temporary cooling. Further, it is possible to cope with the sharing of a snow and ice storage room or an outdoor snowy mountain, etc., and it is possible to cool the snow at any time with a simple transportation operation.
