Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a packing, for example, mounted on a drainage pipe joint used for connecting a horizontal branch pipe to a drainage stack. About. 2. Description of the Related Art For example, in a drain pipe route of a high-rise building such as an apartment building, a drain pipe joint is provided at each floor position of the drain stack in order to connect a horizontal branch pipe to the drain stack. Interposed. FIG. 13 shows an example of construction around the drainage pipe joint. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a drainage pipe joint, reference numeral 2 denotes an upstream standing pipe, reference numeral 3 denotes a downstream standing pipe, reference numeral 4 denotes a horizontal branch pipe, and reference numeral 5 denotes a toilet bowl. In addition, reference numeral C in the figure indicates a concrete slab that partitions each floor. The drainage pipe coupling 1 has an upper receiving port 1b for connecting an upstream standing pipe 2 at an upper portion of a body 1a, and receiving ports 1c to 1c for connecting a horizontal branch pipe 4 around the body 1a. have. As for the horizontal branch pipe receiving port 1c, the one provided in a required number around the trunk portion 1a is applied. [0003] In such a drainage pipe joint 1, as a form for connecting the upstream standpipe 2 to the upper receiving port 1b, the drainpipe joint 1 has a substantially cylindrical main body, and the standpipe 2 is provided on the inner peripheral side thereof. There is known a technique of using a one-touch packing (one-touch packing) in which the standpipe 2 is connected to the upper receiving port 1b in a water-tight and air-tight manner simply by inserting the packing. As shown in FIG. 14, the packing 10 has a cylindrical main body 11 that is in close contact with the inner peripheral side of the upper receiving port 1b, and a plurality of sealing pieces provided in an overhanging manner on the inner peripheral side of the main body 11. 12 to 12, and a standpipe 2 is inserted into the inner peripheral side of the main body 11, and each seal piece 1 is attached to the peripheral surface of the standpipe 2.
The standing pipe 2 is connected in a watertight and airtight manner by elastically pressing 2-12. [0004] Such a one-touch type packing 10 has conventionally had the following problems. That is, as shown in FIG. 15, when the upstream standing pipe 2 inserted into the inner peripheral side of the packing 10 attached to the upper receiving port 1 b is inclined with respect to the upper receiving port 1 b and thus the pipe axis of the packing 10, Accordingly, the packing 10 is inclined and is not uniformly pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the upper receiving port 1b. As a result, the packing 10 has a portion where the degree of adhesion to the inner peripheral surface of the upper receiving port 1b is high (the high adhesion portion A). ), On the contrary, a portion where the degree of adhesion is low (low adhesion part B) occurs. The state shown in FIG. 15 is a state in which the standpipe 2 is inclined rightward. In this state, the right side becomes the high adhesion part A and the left side becomes low in the upper half range of the main body in the pipe axis direction of the packing 10. On the other hand, in the lower half range, the right side is the low adhesion part B and the left side is the high adhesion part A in the lower half range. [0005] The upper low adhesion portion B and the lower low adhesion portion B are
As shown by a broken line in the figure, a portion where the sealing property (water tightness, air tightness) with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the upper receiving port of the packing is reduced is formed continuously from one end side to the other end side. As a result, the odor inside the pipe joint or the test water at the time of the water-full test may leak to the outside through the low adhesion portions B. Conventionally, in order to solve this problem, an adhesive having elasticity is applied to the outer periphery of the main body 11 and the packing 10 is attached to the upper receptacle 1.
b, the low adhesion portion B is prevented from being generated even when the connected standpipe 2 is inclined. The present invention provides a packing that can ensure high sealing performance with respect to a receptacle, even when the connected standing pipe is inclined with respect to the receptacle, without taking the trouble of applying an adhesive as in the related art. The purpose is to do. [0006] For this purpose, the present invention provides a packing having the structure described in the claims. According to the packing according to the first aspect, since the auxiliary seal portion is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion along the position substantially at the center in the tube axis direction over the entire periphery, the connected tube is inclined with respect to the receiving port. Then, the packing tilts around the auxiliary seal portion (function as a tilting fulcrum). For this reason, the auxiliary seal portion is held in a constant pressing state over the entire periphery of the receptacle inner peripheral surface regardless of the inclination of the packing, and is thus formed with a high adhesion portion (a portion having a high degree of adhesion to the receptacle internal peripheral surface). It functions as a boundary of a low adhesion portion (a portion where the degree of adhesion to the inner peripheral surface of the receptacle is reduced). [0007] From this, since the spiral low contact portion generated by the inclination of the packing is cut off by the auxiliary seal portion and interrupted on the way, it is possible to maintain the sealing performance of the packing with respect to the receiving port. Thereby, generation of an unusual odor or water leakage can be prevented. In this specification, "substantially the center of the auxiliary seal portion in the axial direction of the tube" means substantially the center of the insertion margin of the inserted tube in the axial direction of the tube. It means a part that does not, that is, a part that is a boundary between the high adhesion part and the low adhesion part. According to the packing according to the present invention, the standing pipe is connected without applying the time required for applying the adhesive to the outer peripheral surface of the packing body and bonding the packing to the receiving port as in the prior art. Even if is inclined with respect to the receptacle or is inclined by vibration or the like, high sealing performance can be ensured with respect to the receptacle. Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
A description will be given based on FIG. FIGS. 1 and 2 show the packing 20 of the present embodiment alone, and FIGS. 3 and 4 show the packing 20 in the upper receptacle 1 b of the drainage pipe joint 1.
Is shown. In this embodiment,
The description of the pipe joint 1 is omitted because it is the same as the conventional configuration.
The packing 20 is of the one-touch type, and has a substantially cylindrical main body 21 and a plurality (two in FIG. 2) of sealing pieces 22 to 22 formed overhanging the entire inner peripheral surface of the main body 21. And a tube end locking portion 23 formed in a protruding shape on the inner peripheral side at a rear end portion (lower end portion in the figure) of the main body portion 21. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG.
Is mounted along the inner peripheral surface of the receptacle 1b. Main unit 2
A mouth engaging portion 21a is formed on the outer peripheral side of the mouth 1 so as to protrude sideways over the entire circumference.
The packing 1a is prevented from being pushed inward by inserting the packing 1a into the recess 1e formed at the mouth of the receiving port 1b. As shown in FIG.
22 is inserted into the inner peripheral side of the upright tube 22 and the three seal pieces 22 to 22 are elastically pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the upright tube 2, whereby the outer peripheral side of the upright tube 2 is watertight and Hermetically sealed. The tube end locking portion 23 is formed to have a thick U-shaped cross section. As shown in FIG.
Has a function as a cushioning material for preventing the connected standpipe 2 from directly contacting the bottom edge 1d of the receptacle 1b. The insertion margin of the standing tube 2 into the receptacle 1b is regulated by the tube end locking portion 23, and the standing tube 2
Is prevented from generating abnormal noise due to direct contact with the bottom edge 1d. Next, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, on the outer peripheral surface of the main body 21, an auxiliary seal portion 25 having a semicircular cross section is formed over the entire circumference. This auxiliary seal portion 25
Are formed along a position substantially at the center in the tube axis direction (vertical direction in FIGS. 1 to 4). here,
The position substantially at the center in the tube axis direction refers to a position substantially at the center of the insertion margin S of the standpipe 2 into the packing 20 as shown in FIG. According to the auxiliary seal portion 25 provided in this way, when the standing pipe 2 is inclined or connected in an inclined state as shown in FIG. From leaning,
The degree of adhesion of the auxiliary seal portion 25 to the inner peripheral surface of the receiving port is maintained at substantially the same level. Therefore, the low adhesion portion B below the auxiliary seal portion 25 and the low adhesion portion B above the auxiliary seal portion 25 are formed by the auxiliary seal portion 25. Will be shut off. For this reason, even if the packing 10 is not bonded to the receiving port 1b as in the prior art, the sealing property of the packing 10 to the receiving port 1b is sufficiently ensured. Leakage to the outside through the space between 20 and the inner peripheral surface of the receptacle is prevented. Various modifications can be made to the embodiment exemplified above. For example, although the auxiliary seal portion 25 has a semicircular cross-sectional shape as an example, the auxiliary seal portion 26 may have a semicircular cross-sectional shape having a hollow portion 26a on the entire circumference or a part as shown in FIG. This auxiliary seal portion 26
According to this, the degree of adhesion to the inner peripheral surface of the receptacle can be further increased. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, an auxiliary seal portion 27 having a semicircular cross-sectional tip provided with a convex portion 27a for countermeasure against minute pressure over the entire circumference may be used. 8 to 11 show auxiliary seal portions 28 to 31 having other cross-sectional shapes. Further, the auxiliary seal portions 25 to
Reference numeral 31 exemplifies one integrally formed with the main body 11, but, for example, as shown in FIGS.
Alternatively, auxiliary seal portions 32 and 33 separately prepared may be fitted and attached to holding portions 11a and 11b provided on the outer peripheral surface of main body portion 11. FIG. 12A shows a holding portion 11 having a semicircular groove shape on the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion 11.
a is provided, and an auxiliary seal portion 32 having an annular shape with a circular cross section is fitted and attached along the holding portion 11a. FIG. 12B shows a case where a holding portion 11b having a rectangular cross-sectional groove shape is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion 11,
Along the holding portion 11b, the auxiliary seal portion 3 having a semicylindrical section is provided.
3 shows a configuration in which 3 is fitted and attached. The hardness of the auxiliary seal portions 32 and 33 can be changed as compared with the hardness of the main body portion 11. For example, the auxiliary seal portion 32,
33 may be made of rubber that is softer or harder than the main body 11. For this reason, the auxiliary seal portions 32 and 33 may be replaced with a metal ring or a plastic ring. In addition, the auxiliary seal portion 32,
33 may be bonded to the holding portions 11a and 11b instead of being simply fitted and fixed. In the case of bonding, the holding portions 11a and 11b may be omitted. Furthermore, in the illustrated embodiment, the packing 10 mounted on the upper receiving port 1b for connecting the upright stand 2 is illustrated, but the present invention is applied to the packing mounted on the horizontal branch receiving port 1c. It is also possible to obtain the same operation and effect as in the case of a standing pipe. Also, the drainage pipe joint 1 for connecting the horizontal branch pipe to the standpipe has been described as an example. However, for example, a general drainage pipe joint such as an elbow type or a straight type, or a plug-in type drainage pipe joint is used. It goes without saying that the present invention can be applied to packing used for cast iron pipes and deformed pipes.
