Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a drainage system for an apartment house. 2. Description of the Related Art Drainage pipes are laid in a dry double floor space (a space between a floor and a concrete slab) from around a kitchen, bathroom, vanity, washing machine place, etc. in a dwelling unit. As a drainage system for multi-family dwellings, in which drainage drains down to the common drainage vertical pipe via a pulling pipe, a void-like atrium is provided in the dwelling unit, and the common drainage vertical pipe is placed in this atrium. As shown in FIG. 3, a pipe space a is provided near water in a dwelling unit, and a common drainage vertical pipe b is arranged in the pipe space a. [0003] According to these conventional examples, the length of the drainage horizontal drawing pipe c can be reduced regardless of where the water around the kitchen, bathroom, vanity stand, washing machine place, etc. is placed in the dwelling unit.
Even if the drainage gradient to the common drainage vertical pipe b is steep, the floor height is not so much required, but due to the presence of the atrium and pipe space a in the dwelling unit, the floor plan of the dwelling unit is limited, There is a problem that the available indoor space of the dwelling unit is reduced. [0004] There are two possible solutions to such a problem. One is to install a common drainage vertical pipe b outside the dwelling unit as shown in FIG.
A large-diameter pipe with multiple horizontal drainage branch pipes c for draining miscellaneous wastewater from around the bathroom, vanity stand, washing machine place, etc. This is a merging method in which the water is drained from the merging pipe d to the common drainage vertical pipe b outside the dwelling unit by a large-diameter horizontal draining main pipe e. However, in this merging method, since the joints are concentrated below the floor of the washroom, etc., the maintenance is easy. On the other hand, the horizontal drainage branch pipe c is connected at a plurality of positions of the merging pipe d at right angles. Therefore, for example, as in the case of a bathroom and a kitchen, when water is simultaneously drained around a plurality of waters whose connection position to the junction pipe d is adjacent, miscellaneous drainage stagnates at the junction, and the flow becomes poor. It is necessary to make a considerable drainage gradient up to the common drainage vertical pipe b, and unless the floor of the double floor is raised from the concrete slab, a sufficient drainage gradient cannot be secured, and as a result, the floor height of the building is high There was a problem of becoming. [0006] As another example, as shown in Fig. 5, a drainage header f having a flow path shape having a large pipe diameter and a small junction resistance is installed near a common drainage vertical pipe b outside a dwelling unit. kitchen,
This is a header system in which water is drained from a surrounding area of a bathroom, a vanity stand, a washing machine place, etc. to a drain header f by a single drain horizontal pulling pipe g. According to this header method, even if simultaneous drainage is performed from two or more locations around the water, miscellaneous drainage does not merge on the way, and the drainage header f has low junction resistance and does not stagnate. The drainage flows smoothly, and as a result, there is an advantage that the drainage gradient up to the common drainage vertical pipe b can be moderated. Incidentally, in the merging method of FIG.
Generally, a drainage gradient of 1/50 is required, but it is said that the drainage gradient may be 1/100 in the header system. However, as is apparent from FIG. 5, the header method has a serious problem that the cost is high because the piping material is significantly increased as compared with the merging method. If the pipe space a in which the common drainage vertical pipe b is installed is made large enough to accommodate the drainage header f, the floor space of the dwelling unit is restricted by the pipespace a, and even if the drainage header f is installed outside the pipe space a. Even so, it is necessary to have a cover with an inspection port that has been rained,
It is uneconomic. Accordingly, the present inventor has developed a wastewater drainage system based on the above-mentioned merger system shown in FIG. 4 and which requires only a moderate gradient of drainage up to the common drainage vertical pipe outside the dwelling unit, which is comparable to that of the header system. As a result of trying many experiments to realize it, the following facts were found. That is, in the merging method shown in FIG. 4, the horizontal drainage branch pipe c is a PVC pipe having an outer diameter of 60 mm (a pipe having a nominal diameter of 60 mm according to JIS standards), and the merger pipe d and the main horizontal drainage pipe e are formed into outer diameters. A drainage experiment was performed as a 89 mm PVC pipe (a pipe with a nominal diameter of 89 mm according to JIS standards).
The flow velocity in the drainage horizontal drawing main pipe e does not reach the expected flow rate as in the case where the merging pipe d and the drainage horizontal drawing main pipe e are made of a PVC pipe having the same outer diameter of 60 mm as the drainage horizontal drawing branch pipe c. It was confirmed that simply increasing the pipe diameter did not solve the problem. And by repeating various experiments,
It has been found that the cause of the decrease in the flow velocity in the merging method is the 90-degree elbow h connecting the merging pipe d to the horizontal draining main pipe e. In other words, the miscellaneous drainage flowing from the horizontal drainage branch pipe c has a greater bending resistance at the 90-degree elbow h as much as the momentum increases at the junction pipe d, and the force at which the miscellaneous drainage returns to the junction pipe d side. Worked, and it was found that the flow velocity of the gray water flowing to the main drain pipe e was reduced. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made based on the above-mentioned new knowledge, and an object of the present invention is to use a common drainage system outside a dwelling unit, based on a merging method. It is an object of the present invention to provide a drainage system for multi-family housing in which the drainage gradient up to the vertical pipe is as gentle as the header method. Means for Solving the Problems The technical means taken by the present invention to solve the above problems are as follows. That is, the feature of the miscellaneous drainage equipment of the apartment house according to the present invention is that a plurality of drainage laterally drawn branch pipes for draining miscellaneous drainage from around the water such as a kitchen, a bathroom, a vanity, a washing machine place in a dwelling unit. , A horizontal drainage main pipe connected to a junction pipe having a larger diameter than the horizontal drainage branch pipe provided in the dwelling unit, and an end of the junction pipe having the same diameter as the junction pipe which is piped at right angles to the junction pipe. In addition, the same diameter as that of the main drainage pipe and the radius of curvature is 120.
The main feature is that the main drain pipe is connected to a common drain vertical pipe provided outside the dwelling unit. According to the above construction, each of the merging pipe, the curved pipe, and the main draining horizontal pipe is made larger in diameter than the horizontal draining branch pipe. Miscellaneous drainage does not stagnate in the area. And since the radius of curvature of the curved pipe connecting the merging pipe and the drainage horizontal drawing main pipe is 120 mm or more, miscellaneous drainage is smoothly performed while changing the flow direction from the junction pipe to the drainage horizontal drawing main pipe by 90 degrees. The miscellaneous drainage which flows and flows from the drainage lateral drawing branch pipe into the junction pipe and has increased momentum flows smoothly to the drainage horizontal drawing main pipe without receiving a large bending resistance, and the flow velocity is not lost. Therefore, the drainage gradient up to the common drainage vertical pipe outside the dwelling unit is reduced to the same degree as that of the header method, although the pipe material is less than that of the header method and is based on the economical merging method. What can be done. It has been experimentally confirmed that if the radius of curvature of the curved pipe is smaller than 120 mm, the drainage receives a large bending resistance and the flow velocity is lost, so that the above advantages cannot be obtained. FIG. 1 is a perspective plan view of one dwelling unit showing a miscellaneous drainage system for an apartment house according to the present invention, and FIG.
Indicates the main part. Each dwelling unit 1 uses a dry double floor in which a support leg is provided on the upper surface of a concrete slab and a floor is formed by plywood or the like, and equipment piping is performed using a space below the floor. In the figure, 2 is a door wall, 3 is a common hallway, 4 is a balcony, 5 is an entrance, 6 is a porch, and 7 is a gate. Reference numeral 8 denotes a pipe space provided outside the dwelling unit 1, and a common drainage vertical pipe 9 is installed in the pipe space 8 so as to penetrate the concrete slab on each floor. Reference numeral 10 denotes a plurality of horizontal drainage branch pipes for draining miscellaneous wastewater from around the kitchen, bathroom, vanity, washing machine place, and the like in the dwelling unit 1. Drain horizontal pull branch pipe 10
Is connected to a junction pipe 11 having a larger diameter than the horizontal drainage branch pipe 10 provided below the floor of the washroom in the dwelling unit 1.
The end of is connected to a drain horizontal pulling main pipe 12 having the same diameter as the merge pipe 11 laid at right angles to the merge pipe 11, and a curved pipe 13 having the same diameter as the drain horizontal draw main pipe 12 and having a radius of curvature of 250 mm. The main drain pipe 12 is connected to the common drain vertical pipe 9 outside the dwelling unit 1. The horizontal drainage branch pipe 10 has an outer diameter of 60 m.
m PVC pipes (tubes with a nominal diameter of 60 mm according to JIS standards) are used. Confluence pipe 11, drainage horizontal drawing main pipe 1
2. As each of the curved pipes 13, a PVC pipe having an outer diameter of 89 mm (a pipe having a nominal diameter of 89 mm according to JIS standards) is used. Regarding the radius of curvature of the curved pipe 13, it has been confirmed as an experimental result that a predetermined flow velocity cannot be obtained in the drainage horizontal drawing main pipe 12 with the radius of curvature of the elbow specified by JIS, and at least the elbow specified by JIS , That is, a radius of curvature of 120 mm or more is required. And preferably, the radius of curvature is 200 m
m or more. Here, the predetermined flow velocity in the drainage horizontal drawing main pipe 12 refers to a state where a flow velocity equivalent to the flow velocity of the gray water in the junction pipe 11 is obtained. In addition, among the water around the dwelling unit 1, only the toilet has a larger drainage flow than miscellaneous drainage from a kitchen, a bathroom, a vanity, a washing machine place, and the like. A drainage horizontal draw pipe 14 dedicated to sewage is provided and connected to the common drainage vertical pipe 9. The pipe space 8 provided outside the dwelling unit 1 may be a pipe space dedicated to the common drainage vertical pipe for installing the common drainage vertical pipe 9, and may be a common drainage vertical pipe 9 and other common vertical pipes (water or gas). A pipe space (a so-called meter box) for installing main lines such as electricity, meters such as electricity, water, gas, and heat source devices such as a water heater and an outdoor unit for air conditioning may be used. . According to the present invention, which has the above-described structure,
Although it is based on the merging method, there is an effect that it is possible to realize a gray water drainage system for an apartment house in which the drainage gradient up to the common drainage vertical pipe outside the dwelling unit can be as gentle as the header method.
