【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は土中に埋設して水分
のみを分離して排出する排水管に関する。

【従来の技術】本願発明者は、数ミクロン乃至数100
ミクロンの連続気孔を有する散気管として既に実公昭6
1−33344号、実用新案登録第2515090号を
考案した。しかしこれでは孔が小さ過ぎて水の排水には
不充分である。また従来の排水管として蛇腹の間の谷部
に10mm乃至15mmの孔のある多孔性のパイプより
なるものが、古河電気工業株式会社より販売されている
が、この蛇腹の襞では土詰まりを防止するには不充分
で、土中で長年使用すると、目詰まりを起こして使用で
きなくなる欠点がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明はかかる欠点を
除去するもので、0.5mm乃至3mm程度の排水孔を
有する排水管を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明の請求項1は上部
が0.5mm乃至3mm程度の排水孔を有する多孔性の
ゴム、下部が塩化ビニール、ABS等のプラスチックよ
りなるものを、境目に係合鉤を設けて一体に押し出し成
形してなる排水管である。

【発明の実施の形態】図1は本発明の一実施の形態の縦
断面図、図2はその本発明の一実施の形態の上部を透明
にした斜視図である。図1示のように本発明は0.5m
m乃至3mm程度の排水孔を有する多孔性のゴムよりな
る上部1と、塩化ビニール、ABS等の一般的なプラス
チックよりなる下部2とよりなる。上部1は224°の
長さの排水筒状部、下部2は136°の長さの樋状部で
ある。これらの境目には矢印状の軸方向に延びる係合鉤
3が形成される。
【0006】上部1は古タイヤを再生した粉末ゴム10
30−C或いは1030−R(村岡ゴム工業株式会社
製)よりなり、これらの物性は表1の通りである。

【0008】これらの材料を加熱溶融して押し出し成形
すれば、上記0.5mm乃至3mm程度の排水孔を有す
る多孔性のゴムが得られる。上記上部1と、下部2とは
同時に下方に向かって押し出せば、図1示のような上部
1と、下部2とが係合鉤3で一体となった本発明製品が
得られる。
【0009】これを土中に埋設すると、上部1の排水孔
が水を吸収し、吸収された水は下部2上を漏れることな
く流れ、排水することができる。而して排水孔は0.5
mm乃至3mm程度であるから、長年使用しても、目詰
まりを起こして使用できなくなることはない。

【発明の効果】以上のように、本発明は0.5mm乃至
3mm程度の排水孔を有するので土中で長年使用して
も、目詰まりを起こして使用できなくなることはなく、
