たすガイド隆起片を形成し、 (a) 折り曲げ線に沿って、該折り曲げ線を中心とし
て対峙する一対の隆起片であり、 (b) 板金それ自体を加工して隆起片を形成し、 (c) 中央に向かって落ち込むV字型のガイド斜面を
有し、それを支える隆起を設けて断面略M字型を成す隆
起部を設け、そのM字中央の下方頂点を折り曲げ線と一
致させると共に、該V字型のガイド斜面の角度αAを加
工目的とする曲げ角度αθ以上とし、 (d) 前記隆起部の後背部に、隆起部に部材を提供す
る補填窪みを形成する、(2)当該板金をガイド隆起片
の下側に凹溝を有する下型の上に載置し、その上に先端
を上型の曲げ金型に合わせ、該上型を降下させて所定の
角度に折り曲げることを特徴とする板金の曲げ加工方
法。1.
