1 to 3 are views showing an embodiment of a heating wire coil according to the present invention. Reference numeral 1 in the figure indicates a heating wire, which is made of a known material having an electrothermal action such as nichrome wire, platinum, or tungsten. This heating wire 1 is a plate-shaped one having a width wider than its thickness,
This constitutes the first characteristic part of the present invention. Here, a rectangular cross-section is adopted as such a heating line, but the specific cross-sectional shape is not limited to this, and a chamfered corner or an elliptical cross-section may be used.

The heating wire coil of the present invention having the above construction has the following unique effects. (1) As is apparent from the above-described embodiment, the surface area of the heating wire can be made larger than that of the heating wire coil of the prior art, so the heat dissipation is good, and when compared with the heating wire coil of the conventional technology, The wire temperature of the heating wire itself can be lowered with respect to the heat atmosphere of the air heated by the wire coil. (2) On the other hand, as described above, when the air passage is arranged so that the wind crosses the coil, the surface exposed to the wind is the end surface on the short side of the heating wire, so the heating wire coil of the prior art generates heat. The area is smaller than the wire and the ventilation resistance is low, and ventilation efficiency can be improved. (3) As described above, since the wire temperature of the heating wire itself is low, the rigidity is less likely to be lost, and the ventilation resistance is less, so that the heating wire coil has less sagging. (4) As is clear from the above-mentioned embodiment, the total length of the coil can be shortened as compared with the heating wire coil of the prior art, and the effect of the above (2) can be combined to reduce the air passage for accommodating the coil. It is possible to contribute to downsizing of electric heating equipment.
