て済み、設備コスト及びランニングコストの低減を図れ
る。1台の天井設置形ヒートポンプ式空調機で、外気処
理冷暖房運転、外気冷房運転、換気運転ができ別個に外
気処理用空調機などが不要である。ケーシング全体を取
り外すことなく冷媒循環回路のみをケーシングから取出
して冷媒回収作業やメンテナンスを容易に行え、取付け
収納にも手間がかからない。また、冷媒循環回路だけ交
換することにより、リニューアル時のコストダウンも図
れる。冷媒循環回路をフレームに一体化してあるので、
取出し・収納に手間がかからず作業性が良い。ダンパー
により、冷媒循環回路付のフレームを自重でもってゆっ
くり自動的に下ろせて(取出せて)労力を軽減でき、か
つ落下事故を防止でき安全性にも優れる。このように冷
媒循環回路付のフレームのスライド機能と落下防止機能
をダンパーだけで兼用でき部品点数の削減を図れ製作が
容易となる。請求項2の発明では、排気送風路と外気送
風路を隣接させて、それにまたがるようにして冷媒循環
回路を設けてあるので、冷媒循環回路がコンパクトにな
る。請求項3の発明では、高風速で使用しても圧力損失
が増加せずかつ熱交換能力も低下しないので小型の蒸発
器と凝縮器を使用でき空調機を大幅にコンパクト化でき
る。また、通常風速では圧力損失が減少して熱交換効率
が向上するので小型の送風機を用いることができ騒音低
減を図れる。
