When this interlocking mechanism is applied to a double sliding door structure, it is conceivable to configure it as shown in FIG. That is, gear rollers 11 and 12 that rotate around the vertical axis are provided at the front and rear ends of the upper end surface of one sliding door A1, and these gear rollers are connected by an endless belt 13, while the other sliding door A2 is fixed. It is fixed to the endless belt 13 via 14. Then, the endless belt 13 is fixed to the upper frame at a point (indicated by the apex of a triangular mark) substantially opposite to the fastening point.

In such a structure, when the sliding door A2 is moved to the right in the figure from the closed state shown in FIG. 1A, the endless belt 13 rotates counterclockwise in the figure, but one point of the endless belt 13 Since the endless belt 13 is fixed to the upper frame, the sliding door A1 also moves in the same direction as the endless belt 13 rotates. If the moving distances of the sliding doors A1 and A2 at this time are L1 and L2, the relationship of L2 = L1 × 2 is always established. In this way, the door open state shown in FIG. 1C is obtained through the moving state shown in FIG. 1B.

The moving distance of the sliding door door by this sliding door interlocking mechanism is determined by the moving distance of the fixture 14, but the sliding door door A
Since gear rollers 11 and 12 are provided at the front and rear ends of the upper end surface of 1, and it is necessary to avoid interference with these gear rollers, the moving distance of the fixture 14 is greater than the width dimension W1 of the sliding door A1. It has to be quite short. And also the point where the endless belt 13 is fixed to the upper frame,
Depending on the position of the fixture 14, the gear roller 1
In order to avoid interference with 1 and 12, it is necessary to set the distance between the open side gear roller 12 in the closed state and the close side gear roller 11 in the opened state, that is, within the range of the area B in FIG.

Considering the state when the sliding door is opened and closed, the vertical frame a11 on the closing side of the sliding door A1 and the vertical frame a22 on the opening side of the sliding door A2 overlap each other and form a door pocket when the door is closed. Most of the open side vertical frame a12 of the sliding door door A adjacent to C is exposed (FIG. 3 (a)), and when the door is opened, the sliding door doors A1 and A2 are both stored in the door pocket and are left behind. Does not occur (Fig. 3
(B)) is ideal.

However, in order to obtain the ideal closed state of FIG. 3 (a), as shown in FIG. 1 (a) and FIG.
Since the fixing position on the upper frame side to which the endless belt 13 is fixed is located on the opening side with respect to the vertical frame on the door pocket side, the sliding door A1 in the opened state as shown in FIGS. ,
The vertical frames a11 and a21 of A2 project from the upright C toward the opening (FIG. 3 (d)), causing a so-called residual residue, which is unattractive and makes it impossible to effectively use the opening width. turn into.

In order to obtain the ideal door open state of FIG. 3 (b), as shown in FIG. 4, the door pocket is formed to have a large size protruding toward the opening side, and the upper frame to which the endless belt 13 is fixed. The fixed position on the side may be provided in the door pocket, but when this is done, the closed state becomes as shown in FIG. 3A, and most of the vertical frame a12 of the sliding door A1 is hidden in the door pocket (see FIG. c)), which is very unattractive. In order to avoid this, the width dimension of the vertical frame a12 of the sliding door A1 may be formed to be large, but it will be out of the standard of mass production, resulting in an increase in cost.

In addition, while the belt-type interlocking mechanism as described above makes the sliding door door run smoothly, it is difficult to stop because the weight of a plurality of sliding door doors interlocking with each other makes it difficult to stop. When the opening / closing operation is performed, the action of the stopper may be insufficient to cause rebound, or the collision with the vertical frame D may damage the inner surface of the vertical frame.

When the sliding door is opened, the sliding member slides in the direction away from the mounting member. Therefore, the urging means for urging the sliding member in the opposite direction acts as a stopper to open the door vigorously. Even in this case, the sliding door does not collide with the opening vertical frame and damage the vertical frame. On the other hand, when the sliding door is closed, the urging means assists the movement of the sliding door in the closing direction, so that it is possible to obtain a good-looking completely closed state in which the vertical frames of the sliding door overlap each other.

According to this sliding door interlocking mechanism, an ideal closed state (see FIG. 3) is obtained by using the connecting means 15 in which the connecting position between the sliding door A1 and the endless belt 13 is slidable.
(A)) and the door open state (Fig. 3 (b)) can both be achieved, and even when the sliding door door is opened and closed vigorously by stepwise performing the stopper action, the vertical frame causes collision. It has the advantage that damage and bounce can be prevented. That is, when the state of FIG. 9 (d) is passed through the states of FIGS. 9 (a) to 9 (c), the fixing tool 14 engages with the gear roller 12 on the opening side, and further movement is impossible. Here, the stopper action in the first stage is exhibited.

Further, according to the sliding door interlocking mechanism of the present invention, when the sliding doors are in the overlapping state, the stopper action of the first step is exerted, and thereafter, the sliding doors are completely placed in the door pocket while being overlapped. The coil spring (biasing means) of the slide assist member exerts the second-stage stopper action until it is stored, and the third-stage stopper action is exhibited when it is completely stored in the door pocket. Thus, since the stepwise stopper action is achieved in this way, damage and rebound due to collision with the vertical frame can be prevented even when the sliding door door is opened and closed forcefully.
