Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding tool ready for grinding any cutter which is constituted by fitting an abrasive member such as a net file, a paper file and a cloth file provided on an upper side of a flexible foam resin to an upper side of a metal plate. SOLUTION: A flexible foam resin of the same shape as that of a base member 1 is provided on the upper side of the base member 1 formed of a rectangular thin metal plate, and an abrasive member 3 is provided on the upper side thereof to constitute a rectangular plate-like grinding tool 2, and a fitting member 4 is provided on an adequate part of the lower side of the base member 1. The fitting member 4 is not specified, but may be fitted to an arbitrary part by using a ferrite magnet, a suction cup, etc., or can be used for a handy grinding tool by providing a handle thereon.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a grindstone is made by cutting stones of different materials such as coarse, medium and fine into a prismatic shape, and when sharpening a tool, first grind with a coarse grindstone, then with a medium grindstone, and finally It was sharpened with a fine grindstone. In recent years, a grindstone using a paper file or a cloth file has been provided so that even a person who is not specialized in sharpening a blade can easily grind it. There is also provided a household-use polishing tool for mechanically rotating a V-shaped disc-shaped grindstone and inserting a blade into a V-shaped groove for sharpening.

However, the stone grindstones provided so far are difficult to grind completely except for a specialist grinder, and cannot be used by ordinary people. That is, when sharpening with a grindstone, it is extremely difficult to match the angle of the cutting edge with the surface of the grindstone, and it is necessary to have some skill to slide the tool back and forth while keeping a certain angle. It was Especially when using a finishing whetstone, the blade spills with a slight amount of manual work, and it is necessary to re-grind from the coarse whetstone. Furthermore, as for the round blade knife, the blade tip floats as shown in Fig. 5 I had to rely. In addition, paper files and cloth files are lightweight and can be bent freely, and you can move and sharpen the file without moving the blade, but since it is a thin material it is easy to bend and it is necessary to moderate the force. Some skill was required. The present invention mainly uses a mesh file, and attach the mesh file to the upper surface of a thin soft foam resin material with an adhesive or the like,
By attaching a metal thin plate or a base material using a hard synthetic resin plate to the lower surface of the soft foam resin material, the abrasive material is recessed according to the shape of the blade as shown in FIG. The purpose is to provide a whetstone.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a base material made of a rectangular thin metal plate or a hard synthetic resin plate. A soft foam resin material having the same shape as the base material 1 is superposed on the base material 1 and an abrasive 3 is provided on the entire upper surface. The grindstone 2 is configured by providing the grindstone 2. Although the base material 1 is not of a specific size, a length of 20 cm, a width of 15 cm, and a thickness of 2 mm are suitable in consideration of commonly used knives, scissors, knives, and the like.

A grindstone 2 having an abrasive material 3 on the entire upper surface is made of a soft foam resin material, and the bottom surface is fixed to the upper surface of the base material 1 with an adhesive. The soft foamed resin material dents when pressed, so that when sharpening with a blade, any blade of any type can be surely sharpened because it dents according to the shape of the cutting edge.

Examples of the abrasive 3 include sandpaper made of paper or cloth, and a net file. In the present invention, the net file is used as the abrasive. The mesh file is a thin mesh made of hard synthetic resin in a fine mesh shape, and the blade of the blade and the abrasive powder generated by sharpening fall into the stitches, so the polishing effect does not deteriorate due to clogging, and it can be done for a long time. The effect lasts.
Even if it becomes clogged with shavings, it can be easily removed by dipping it in water or bathing in water.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a mounting material provided at an appropriate position on the bottom surface of the base material 1 for fixing the grindstone 1, and a ferrite magnet, a suction disk material or the like is used according to the application. Therefore, if the kitchen sink is made of magnetic material (iron), you can attach a ferrite magnet to the kitchen sink so that it can be easily polished.
It can be moved to an unobtrusive place when not in use. If the sink is not a magnetic material such as non-ferrous metal, it is attached using a suction plate or adhesive, but when using a suction plate, it cannot be installed unless the mounting surface is a flat surface like a mirror, so the installation location is limited To be done. When the adhesive is used for attachment, it can be attached anywhere regardless of location, but once attached, it cannot be easily removed, so it must be attached at a location that does not interfere with cooking work. In recent years, adhesives have been provided whose adhesive effect does not deteriorate even after repeated attachments and detachments. Therefore, if such an adhesive is used, it can be easily attached wherever there is no water. Is not a suitable attachment because it sticks to your hands. Further, by attaching the handle 5 to one end of the base material 1 and the grindstone 2 without using the mounting material 4, it can be easily used as a handy grindstone.

When the present invention constructed as described above is actually used, as shown in FIG. 5, the angle of the blade of the blade is aligned with the surface of the abrasive material of the grindstone, and an appropriate pressure is applied from above. When the blade is slid in this state, the grindstone is a soft foam resin material, so you can sharpen even if the angle of the blade does not match somewhat, but even with a rounded edge, the soft foam resin material of the grindstone Since the abrasive material hits the entire cutting edge due to the elasticity of, even an unfamiliar person can surely sharpen.

The present invention configured as described above has the following effects. a. Since the grindstone is a soft foamed resin material, when the tool is pressed against it, the abrasive material on the surface freely dents as shown in FIG. 5b, and comes into contact with the cutting edge according to the angle and curvature of the blade.
The blade is evenly ground. b. Since it is attached to the proper place of the basin, you can sharpen the kitchen knife while cooking. c. Scissors, cutter knives, other knives, various scissors, various knives, etc. can be sharpened. d. It is also possible to incorporate it as a part into a part of the top plate of the sink. e. Since the abrasive material is a mesh file made of a hard synthetic resin material, the blade and the scraps of the mesh file do not clog the mesh, so the effect of sharpening the blade does not change for a long time. f. The raw materials are cheap, the manufacturing is simple, and mass production is possible.
