の容易化を達成するようにしたモータステータ構造を提

ータ構造は、輪状ステータの各スロットに絶縁カバーを
介して設けられたステータ巻線と、前記絶縁カバーの一
端側に設けられたプリント基板と、前記輪状ステータの
外周面に一端が固定されたアース線とを備え、前記アー
ス線の他端を前記プリント基板に接続した構成である。 【0006】 【発明の実施の形態】以下、図面と共に本発明によるモ
ータステータ構造の好適な実施の形態について説明す
る。図1及び図2において符号1で示されるものは全体
形状が輪状をなし多層に積層された輪状ステータであ
り、この輪状ステータ1の各スロット2内には、輪状に
形成された絶縁カバー4を介してU、V、W相のステー
タ巻線3が巻回されている。 【0007】前記絶縁カバー4の上部に形成された爪部
4aと上端4bとの間には、輪状に形成されたプリント
基板5が挟持された状態で保持されており、このプリン
ト基板5には図示しない電子回路部及びプリントパター

aには、曲折自在な導線からなるアース線6の一端6a
が溶接又はスポット溶接あるいは導電性接着剤等によっ
て固定され、このアース線6の他端6bは前記プリント
基板5のアースパターン6A(図2)に接続されてい

テータ構造10は、周知の樹脂モールドによって全体を

上のように構成されているため、次のような効果を得る
ことができる。すなわち、輪状ステータの外周面に一端
を固定したアース線の他端をプリント基板に接続するこ
とにより、輪状ステータのアース接続が達成でき、ステ
ータ構造の組立てが従来よりも大幅に容易化され、自動
組立ての実現に大きく寄与することができる。
