【発明の作用と効果】本発明の振分装置は、フレーム上

不足や異物の混入した所謂不良品も良品と混在して搬送
されてきている。やがてこれら物品は前述した往復可動
する排出板のところに到達する。このとき前段の機器か
らその物品を良品として搬送方向の次工程に送るか、そ
れとも不良品として排出し生産ラインから排除するかの
信号が発せられる。この信号は物品が排出板のところに
到達し排出できるようにタイミングをとって発せられ
る。本発明の振分装置は排出動作を行わせる駆動源とし
て流体シリンダ(例えばエヤーシリンダ)を用いている
ため、上記の信号は電磁弁を作動させる信号となる。そ
こで今、振分装置に到達した物品が不良品であったとす
ると生産ラインから排除するための信号が発せられ、タ
イミングを合わせてエヤーシリンダが作動し排出板が物
品に当接しながら搬送コンベアの側方に設けたシュート
に排出する。排出が終わるとエヤーシリンダは動作を停
止する。つまりエヤーシリンダによって排出板が所定の
ストロークで物品を押し出し、排出が完了したときエヤ
ーシリンダはその位置で停止するようになっている。そ
して引き続いて同様の物品がきた場合はタイミングを合
わせて当該物品を排出板に当て今度はコンベアの反対側
に排出するようにエヤーシリンダは作動して停止する。
