2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, it has been generally practiced to lay various kinds of pipes having different diameters in advance inside a joint road or tunnel buried underground and use the pipes to lay power lines and communication lines. Has been done. By the way, in the information society of recent years, various types of communication lines have been added so that higher-level communication information can be transmitted and received, and it has been required to install communication cables in excess of the number of pipes conventionally installed. In particular,
An optical cable capable of transmitting a large amount of information has a large transmission amount as compared with a conventional communication cable, and the diameter of the cable has been reduced. When a new cable is inserted into the piping of the communication cable, the cables may cross each other in the piping and adversely affect the characteristics of the optical cable. There is a risk that the cables will interfere with each other and damage the cable coating, and it is extremely difficult in terms of work and the work efficiency is very poor.

In the spacer 51 constructed as described above, the interior of the pipe 56 is divided into three equal parts by a partition plate 54 to form a space 55 for inserting a cable. Therefore, the cable 57 can be reliably pulled in and laid without crossing the cables 57. However, since the conventional spacer 51 is integrally formed in a very long shape with a length of 200 to 300 m, a large pulling force is required when the spacer 51 is pulled in and inserted into the pipe 56. When the cable 57 is drawn into a structure such as a building, a very large drawing force is required because the pipe 56 itself is bent, and accordingly, the spacer 51 itself is laid. Was very troublesome, laborious, and extremely inefficient in work. Further, at the place where the pipe 56 is bent, the partition plate 54 causes a buckling phenomenon, and the space 55 for inserting the cable cannot be held in a constant shape.
