れたシート状ろ材の表裏面に、送り方向に沿って樹脂ビ
ードを塗布するビード塗布機と、このビードを塗布され
たろ材を、その表裏面にサイクリックに進退する上下の
折刃により、前記折り目線に沿って1ピッチずつプリー
ツに畳み込むプリーツ加工機と、この畳み込まれたろ材
をプリーツの畳み重ね方向に搬送して排出端に供給する
コンベアとから成るエアフィルタ用ろ材の製造装置にお
いて、前記プリーツ加工機の1ピッチずつの畳み込み動
作に連動させて、前記コンベアを所定の搬送距離ずつ間
歇運転するようにしたことを特徴とするエアフィルタ用
ろ材の製造装置。
