Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a reinforcing member for a light-weight member serving as a core material of a light-weight embankment or a light-weight structural material such as a water storage tank / penetration tank or the like buried underground. Belongs to technology. 2. Description of the Related Art In order to temporarily or constantly store rainwater, constituent members such as a water storage tank / penetration tank installed underground, and a core of a lightweight embankment used for the purpose of improving soft ground and the like. Various lightweight members, such as materials, or lightweight members, which are lightweight structural members, have been proposed, such as JP-A-9-112792, 10-252108, and H11-222886. In each case, a projecting part is provided at the center of the lightweight member of each unit in order to secure light weight and strength, and it is devised to increase the vertical pressure resistance, and it is devised to have a shape that is convenient for handling transport packaging. Has been done. Further, in order to increase the vertical strength, a rib is provided at a connection portion with the flat plate portion or at the top of the head to increase the strength. Further, if necessary, a core made of resin or concrete is inserted into the protruding portion at the center of the lightweight member so as to increase its pressure resistance. [0003] In the method of inserting the core material into the hollow projection, for example, when used as a storage tank, the porosity is reduced. Need to be larger. Strength is required, but when it is not necessary to insert the core material, increase the pressure resistance,
In addition, a reinforcing method that does not reduce the porosity is required. An object of the present invention is to propose a reinforcing member and a reinforcing method for a lightweight member which increase the strength of the lightweight member without decreasing the porosity in order to increase the strength of the lightweight member. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a lightweight member having a hollow projection on a flat plate portion and reinforcing portions at the upper and lower ends of the projection, respectively. It is a reinforcing member for a lightweight member provided along. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a conceptual view of a reinforcing member for a lightweight member according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a conceptual diagram of a lightweight member. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a cross section of the lightweight member. FIG. 4 shows a cross section in which a reinforcing member is incorporated into a lightweight member. The reinforcing member shown in FIG. 1 is a conical cylindrical object. The conical projection of the lightweight member shown in FIG. 2 has a shape that covers the outer surface or can be inserted into the inner surface.
The shape of the reinforcing member is not limited to the conical shape shown in the figure, but can be adapted to the shape of the projection of the lightweight member to be applied. If the protruding portion has a polygonal pyramid shape, it goes without saying that the reinforcing material applied thereto also has a polygonal pyramid shape.
It is also possible to further increase the strength by making the reinforcing material double. As shown in FIG. 2, the lightweight member has a shape provided with one protruding portion that opens on a flat plate. However, the present reinforcing material can also be applied to a lightweight member provided with a plurality of protrusions. Further, even if the flat portion of the lightweight member rises so as to surround the protruding portion at the periphery thereof, there is no problem even if it is in the shape of a container or a box. [0009] Even if the above-mentioned lightweight member has an opening at the vertex where the projection is flattened, the projection may further have a conical projection toward the flat plate. A reinforcing material corresponding to the outer surface or inner surface of the protruding portion is possible. The light-weight member shown in FIG. 2 is reinforced by a rib rising from the flat plate portion at a portion contacting the flat plate portion on the outside thereof. Further, as shown in the cross-sectional view of the lightweight member shown in FIG. 3, it is reinforced by a rib hanging down from the apex of the protruding portion. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of an example in which a reinforcing material is applied to such a lightweight member. As shown in FIG. 4, it is preferable that the reinforcing material provided on the outer surface of the protruding portion is provided in a range from the top of the rib provided on the outer surface of the protruding portion to the rising protruding portion. Further, it is preferable that the reinforcing material provided on the inner surface of the protruding portion is provided in a range from the flat plate portion to the rib provided inside the protruding portion. According to the present invention, since the reinforcing material is applied along the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the lightweight member having the protruding portion opened to the flat plate portion, the strength is increased without lowering the porosity of the lightweight member. Can be done.
