用いてICカードを内臓している携帯電話などを使用中

ク位置にある場合の落下衝撃によりロックピンがハート
カム溝内を移動しないよう固定するものである。本発明
は以上のような課題を解決するためになされたものであ
り、ハートカムを使ったICカード脱着機構において落
下衝撃環境でICカードの抜け止め防止を目的とする。 【0005】 【発明の実施形態】図1はこの発明の実施の形態を示す

し込む方向に落とした場合、ICカードが一番抜けやす
い。落下による衝撃荷重は摺動子11と摺動子押え突起
10との間で力がつりあいロックピンは動かずICカー
ドは図4にしめすよう排出されない。図8に従来例の落
下実験結果を示し、図9に本発明の落下実験結果を示
す。この結果から、従来例は30センチメートルの高さ
からの落下で外れてしまうが、本発明では、180セン
チメートルまで外れることはない。このことは、人が立
って使用中に誤って落とした場合でも耐えられることを
示しており、実用上十分耐えられることが証明された。 【0007】 【発明の効果】本発明によるハートカム式ICカード脱
着機構は、ロックピンに挿入された摺動子と摺動子の動
きを妨げる位置に突起を備えたことにより、落下や取り
扱い時の衝撃環境においてカードが排出する危険性を防
ぎ、かつデータの損失の危険を軽減し、携帯型機器の利
用リスクやコストを低減するという効果がある。このこ
