Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclamation structure of waste and a reclamation method thereof which excludes to the utmost, such a danger that the seepage water generated from the waste which is buried in a controlled final disposal site contaminates the surrounding environment. SOLUTION: This reclamation structure of waste and reclamation method thereof is used for burying the waste by one step or successively over a plurality of steps in the upper direction at every partition formed by parting a hollow part for charging the waste with a partitioning dam. Therein, further, a drainage path is disposed on the normal surface of the hollow path and receives the rain water which falls on a temporary impervious sheet with which the waste in the partition which is already completed in reclamation is covered and flows thereinto and the rain water which falls on the partition which is not yet reclaimed and discharges the same into a disaster preventing adjustment pond, etc. Further, the seepage water which is generated by that the rain water which falls within the partition in reclamation is brought into contact with the waste is collected and is sent to waste collecting equipment. The treated water which is generated by the treatment with water treating equipment is sent to solar evaporating equipment, therein, the water content is evaporated and, at the same time, a nonvolatile content in the treated water is adsorbed onto a filter medium such as sand.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above-described situation, and it is possible to reduce the amount of treated water discharged from a managed final disposal site as much as possible, thereby landfilling. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a landfill structure and a landfill method that reduce the load of harmful substances caused by wastes on the surrounding environment as much as possible. The waste is filled up by one step or upward for each landfill section created by dividing the inside of the recessed part for waste input of the managed type final disposal site with a partition weir covered with a water blocking sheet. In the landfill structure for sequentially landfilling over a plurality of steps, in the slope of the recess, a drainage channel having a water guiding gradient for receiving rainwater in the recess and flowing down laterally on the slope. It is formed at a height commensurate with the landfill height of landfill waste determined according to the height of the partition dam,
On top of the landfill waste in the landfill area where landfill has been completed, a cover soil and a temporary impermeable sheet are laid for each landfill waste.
When waste is further landfilled on the laid temporary water-impervious sheet, the laid temporary water-impervious sheet is removed prior to the landfill, and the recessed portion is shielded. On the ground that has been water-worked, there are provided water collection pipes for separating leachate produced by contact between waste and rainwater and rainwater that does not come into contact with waste to drainage facilities, respectively. Outside the recess, a water treatment facility for treating the collected leachate, a sun evaporation facility and a forced evaporation facility for evaporating the treated water treated by this water treatment facility are provided, 1. The above-mentioned landfill structure, wherein the waste after the landfill is completed is covered with a capillary barrier. Waste is filled up at a controlled landfill site.Waste is thrown into each landfill section separated by a partition dam covered with a water-blocking sheet in the recess where the waste is thrown in. According to the present invention, of the rainwater falling in the final disposal site, the amount of rainwater that comes into contact with the waste, and hence the amount of leachate, is reduced as much as possible, and the rainwater that did not come into contact with the wastewater and the leachate are mutually separated. It is intended not to mix at all, and this is the landfill structure and construction method in which waste is landfilled in each landfill section divided by the partition dam by the embankment covered with the water-blocking sheet. Form a drainage canal with a height corresponding to the height, lay and remove a temporary water-blocking sheet on landfill waste, and collect water by collecting water and leachate separately from rainwater and rainwater. Effectively achieved by a combination of water collection facilities, etc. that separately receive the extracted leachate and rainwater in an isolated state, and cover the soil and the temporary seepage shield on the waste in the landfilled area. When the landfill was laid and the landfill waste after landfilling was completed and landfilled with another layer of waste, this temporary water-impervious sheet was previously removed and landfilled on that level. The leachate generated from the waste permeates the already disposed landfill waste in the lower stage and reaches the water collection pipe for leachate.

Therefore, the sun's evaporation equipment alone cannot sufficiently cope with the evaporation of the treated water due to the fact that the treated water is generated within a short time, or the solar energy is not sufficiently supplied due to the circumstances such as the season and the weather. In this case, since it is used as a supplement in order to supplement the capacity of the solar evaporation equipment, according to the present invention, the amount of purchased energy such as electric power can be saved.

In the landfill structure and the landfill construction method according to the present invention, the landfill waste after the entire landfill is completed is processed from the bottom to the top as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-17933. As a result of sequentially laying a capillary barrier (rainfall seepage control type cover soil) composed of three layers having different hydraulic conductivities such as a gravel layer, a sand layer and a cohesive soil layer, the waste disposal site after landfill is completed. Rainwater that has flowed laterally flows over the capillary barrier and can suppress the amount of rainwater that permeates into the waste.

The amount of leachate discharged from the leachate pit is adjusted by a leachate adjusting tank and sent to a water treatment facility. The treated water produced by the treatment in this water treatment facility is treated with water. After adjusting the amount of discharge in the adjusting tank, a part of it is used to prevent the scattering of landfill waste in the landfill section, and the remaining treated water is sent to the solar evaporation facility. The water in the water evaporates, and the non-evaporated components are adsorbed and fixed on the filter material of this solar evaporation equipment. The non-evaporated component that has adsorbed the non-evaporated component or the non-evaporated component that remains as the evaporation residue has been subjected to re-elution prevention measures such as cement solidification and packing with water-blocking material to prevent the component from re-eluting. Later, it is landfilled.

In a managed landfill site where the structure and construction method described above are adopted, leachate and simple rainwater are thoroughly separated and treated separately at any landfill stage during landfill. In addition, the possibility that the amount of leachate generated during landfill is suppressed to the smallest possible and the treated water is discharged to the outside is thoroughly eliminated, and finally, the salts and other substances remaining in the filter medium are eliminated. Harmful non-evaporable components are treated together with the filter media to prevent re-elution, and are landfilled. Therefore, the risk of leachate derived from landfilled waste contaminating the surrounding environment is reduced to conventional managed final disposal sites. It will be eliminated more thoroughly than in comparison.
