f)自動送達システムを用いてスライド上の生物学的材料に硝酸銀、メテナミンおよびホウ砂溶液を順次適用し、次いで、
g)硝酸銀、メテナミンおよびホウ砂溶液を混合して生物学的材料を染色することを特徴とするスライド上の生物学的材料を銀染色する自動方法。
【請求項7】 a)約0.2%から約1.0%の硝酸銀の溶液を供し、
b)約0.3%から約1.0%の水酸化アンモニウムの溶液を供し、
c)約0.7%から約1.5%の水酸化ナトリウムの溶液を供し、
d)スライドを供し、ここで、染色すべき生物学的材料は水平なスライド上に存在し、
e)硝酸銀、水酸化アンモニウムおよび水酸化ナトリウム溶液の所定量をスライド上の生物学的材料に送達するための自動送達システムを供し、
f)自動送達システムを用いてスライド上の生物学的材料に硝酸銀、水酸化アンモニウムおよび水酸化ナトリウム溶液を順次適用し、次いで、
g)硝酸銀、水酸化アンモニウムおよび水酸化ナトリウム溶液を混合して生物学的材料を染色する
ことを特徴とするスライド上の生物学的材料を銀染色する自動方法。
【請求項8】 a)約0.7%から約1.5%のヘマトキシリン溶液を供し、
b)約0.5%から約1.5%の水性塩化第二鉄の溶液を供し、
c)スライドを供し、ここで、染色すべき生物学的材料は水平なスライド上に存在し、
d)ヘマトキシリンおよび水性塩化第二鉄溶液の所定量をスライド上の生物学的材料に送達するための自動送達システムを供し、
e)自動送達システムを用いてスライド上の生物学的材料にヘマトキシリンおよび水性塩化第二鉄溶液を順次適用し、次いで、
f)ヘマトキシリンおよび水性塩化第二鉄溶液を混合して生物学的材料を染色する
ことを特徴とするスライド上の生物学的材料の三色またはムチカルミン染色の自動方法。
【請求項9】 a)約8%から約12%のフェロシアン化カリウムの溶液を供し、
b)約15%から約30%の塩酸の溶液を供し、
c)スライドを供し、ここで、染色すべき生物学的材料は水平なスライド上に存在し、
d)フェロシアン化カリウムの溶液の所定量をスライド上の生物学的材料に送達するための自動送達システムを供し、
e)自動送達システムを用いてスライド上の生物学的材料にフェロシアン化カリウムの溶液を順次適用し、次いで、
f)フェロシアン化カリウムと塩酸の溶液を混合して生物学的材料を染色することを特徴とするスライド上の生物学的材料の鉄染色の自動方法。

d) Serve slides, where the biological material to be stained is on a horizontal slide,
e) Provide an automated delivery system for delivering a predetermined amount of silver nitrate, ammonium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide solution to the biological material on the slide.
f) Sequentially apply silver nitrate, ammonium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide solutions to the biological material on the slide using an automated delivery system, then
g) Stain the biological material by mixing silver nitrate, ammonium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide solutions

d) Provide an automated delivery system for delivering a predetermined amount of a solution of potassium ferrocyanide to the biological material on the slide.
e) Sequentially apply a solution of potassium ferrocyanide to the biological material on the slide using an automated delivery system, then
f) An automated method of iron staining of biological materials on slides, characterized in that a solution of potassium ferrocyanide and hydrochloric acid is mixed to stain the biological material.
