Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 複数のガス成分を含有する流体の流れから選択ガス成分を除去する方法に おいて: − 前記流れを導管中に超音速で流動させて、流体の温度を選択成分の凝縮もし くは固化の1つが生じて選択成分の固体を形成する選択温度より低く低下させ、 導管には流体の流れに渦運動を付与して粒子を流れにおける収集帯域の半径方向 外側セクションまで流動させる渦付与手段を設け; − 流れに衝撃波を発生させて、流体の軸方向速度を亜音速まで低下させ; − 粒子を前記収集帯域の半径方向外側セクションから出口流中に抽出し、衝撃 波を渦付与手段の下流かつ収集帯域の上流にて発生させる ことを特徴とする選択ガス成分の除去方法。 2. 流体が土壌形成物から産出された天然ガスを形成し、前記選択温度が選択 成分の凝縮粒子を形成する選択成分の凝縮点により規定される請求の範囲第1項 に記載の方法。 3. 選択成分がエタン、プロパン、ブタン、ペンタン、ヘキサン、ヘプタンお よびオクタンの1種もしくはそれ以上である請求の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4. 衝撃波を、流体の流れを拡散器に流動させることにより発生させる請求の 範囲第1〜3項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5. 前記出口流を気/液分離器に導入して、出口流のガスフラクションをその 液体フラクションから分離する請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれか一項に記載の方 法。 6. 前記ガスフラクションを、導管中に超音速にて流動させた流体の流れと混 合する請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。 7. 複数のガス成分を含有する流体の流れから選択ガス成分を除去する装置に おいて: − 前記流れを導管中に超音速で流動させて、流体の温度を選択成分の凝縮およ び固化の一つが生じて選択成分の粒子を形成する選択温度より低く低下させ、導 管には流体の流れに渦運動を付与して粒子を流れにおける収集帯域の半径方向外 側セクションまで流動させる渦付与手段を設けてなる手段と; − 流れに衝撃波を発生させて流体の軸方向速度を亜音速まで低下させる手段と ; − 粒子を収集帯域の前記半径方向手段から出口流中へ抽出する手段と を備え、衝撃波を発生する手段が渦付与手段の下流かつ収集帯域の上流にて衝撃 波を発生するよう配置されたことを特徴とする選択ガス成分の除去装置。 8. 衝撃波を発生する手段が拡散器を備える請求の範囲第7項に記載の装置。 9. 流れを超音速にて流動させる手段が、導管のラバル型入口からなり、拡散 器の最小流動断面積がラバル型入口の最小流動断面積より大である請求の範囲第 8項に記載の装置。 10. 前記収集帯域が拡散器の出口端部に隣接位置する請求の範囲第8項また は第9項に記載の装置。 11. 前記出口流に流体連通する入口と、前記第1出口流のガスフラクション のための出口とを有する気/液分離器をさらに備える請求の範囲第7〜10項の いずれか一項に記載の装置。 12. ガスフラクションの出口が導管の入口に接続されて、ガスフラクション を導管中に超音速で流動する流体の流れと混合する請求の範囲第11項に記載の 装置。 13. 図面を参照してここに実質的に記載した方法。 14. 図面を参照してここに実質的に記載した装置。
