Since the above-mentioned conventional footrest is a single material, a material having no water resistance cannot be used in the bathroom.
There are problems that the surface is rough, water is absorbed, or the appearance cannot be improved. Further, when a foamed material is used, it gives a feeling of discomfort such as feeling cold when the skin is pressed by water adhered to the surface or absorbed water. Furthermore, since a bathtub shape is used, there is a problem that the shape is restricted.

According to the present invention, the skin and the elastic material can be made of different materials. Therefore, by making the skin a waterproof material, the elastic material can be made of a material having poor water resistance. In addition, even when a foam material or the like is used as the elastic material, the appearance, the touch, and the usability can be improved. In addition, despite being detachable, since the heat transfer layer exists, heat from the heating means of the base material can be quickly transmitted to the seating surface,
Generally, even if an elastic material having a low heat conductivity is used, a waiting time from the start of heating to the start of use is not required. In addition, since the cushioning material has no heating means by having the heat transfer layer,
The cushion material can be detached, and maintenance such as cleaning can be easily performed.

[0007] Since the skin and the elastic material can be made of different materials, by making the skin a waterproof material, it is possible to use a material having poor water resistance as the elastic material. Even when a foam material or the like is used, the appearance, touch, and feeling of use can be improved. In addition, despite the detachability, the presence of the heat transfer layer allows the heat from the heating means of the base material to be quickly transmitted to the seating surface. There is no need to wait for the start. In addition, since the cushioning member has no heating means by having the heat transfer layer, the cushioning member becomes detachable, and maintenance such as cleaning can be easily performed.

Further, in the invention according to claim 5 of the present invention, a sheet having a two-layer structure of a resin layer and a heat transfer layer in advance is used as a skin, and an elastic material is sandwiched with the heat transfer layer as an inner side and press-formed. The upper and lower skin layers are heat-sealed at the same time as the shape is formed, so the elastic material can be waterproofed with minimal work, and water is not absorbed inside. The durability can be improved without having to consider the water resistance of the material, and the reliability can be improved due to heat welding.

First, a paint in which a large amount of aluminum powder having good heat conductivity is mixed is applied to the inside of the resin layer 18 formed in a bag shape,
Urethane foam 21 which is an elastic material is injected into the inside. A concave portion 22 is formed on the back surface, and is removably fitted to the convex portion 23 provided on the counter 13 to prevent displacement when sitting. Reference numeral 24 denotes an electric heater as a heating means, which is provided on the surface side of the counter 13 and has a heat insulating layer 2.
The structure of 5 prevents heat conduction to the back side.

When the power is turned on by operating a switch (not shown), the electric heater 24 is heated to warm the surface of the counter 13. At this time, as described above, since the structure is such that heat conduction to the back side is prevented by the heat insulating layer 25, there is almost no dispersion of heat to the lower side of the counter 13. Only the lower side of the cushion 17 is heated by the heat from the electric heater 24, but since the heat transfer layer 19 is provided, the heat is
9 to quickly warm the upper side, which is the seating surface. Without the heat transfer layer 19, the elastic material or the urethane foam 21 functions as a heat insulating material, and it is difficult to conduct heat. Therefore, the seating surface is not heated until a long time has elapsed since the power was turned on.

As described above, the heat transfer layer 19 may be formed by coating the inside of the bag with a gun. Alternatively, the heat transfer layer 19 may be formed by enclosing an appropriate amount of paint and rotating the paint. (Embodiment 2) FIG. 2 shows a structure in which the cushion material is formed in a bag-like shape and then an elastic material is injected. As shown in FIG. 3, a resin layer and a heat transfer layer have a two-layer structure in advance. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the above-mentioned sheet is used as a skin, an elastic material is sandwiched by the heat transfer layer as an enclosing side, press forming is performed, a product shape is formed, and resin layers of upper and lower skins are thermally welded.

FIG. 4 is a schematic view of the present embodiment during molding. The skin 26 has a configuration in which a resin layer 27 and a heat transfer layer 28 are heat-welded or bonded to each other to form a two-layer sheet in advance.
Press molding is carried out by sandwiching a sheet of foamed polyethylene 29 which is an elastic material so that the outer skin 26 has the resin layer on the outer package side. If necessary, an adhesive is applied to the joint surface between the heat transfer layer 28 and the polyethylene foam 29.

As described above, according to the present invention, the seating portion for the bathroom is made up of a skin made of an elastic resin layer and a heat transfer layer having good heat conductivity, and a cushion made of an elastic material contained in the skin. Material and the base material having the bathroom cushion material detachably installed and having a heating means for the cushion material. Since the skin and the elastic material can be made of different materials, the skin is made of a waterproof material. By doing so, it is possible to use a material with poor water resistance as the elastic material, and even if a foam material is used as the elastic material, the appearance, touch,
The usability can be improved. In addition, despite the detachability, the presence of the heat transfer layer allows the heat from the heating means of the base material to be quickly transmitted to the seating surface. There is no need to wait for the start. In addition, by having the heat transfer layer, the cushion material can be detachably attached, and maintenance such as cleaning can be easily performed.
