2. Description of the Related Art A conventional harness clamp for bundling and fixing a harness generally has a structure in which a claw at a tip end is not caught and detached by utilizing elasticity of a resin and inserted into a metal plate or the like to be attached. is there. According to such a structure,
Installation is easy, but when removing it, the claw part must be removed by detaching from the side opposite to the surface on which it was attached, and when destroying the machine, it was almost always destroyed with it attached to the machine It is. However, in recent years when environmental problems have become severe, there has been a growing demand for disassembling and reusing and reusing machines, and harness clamps are no exception.

In recent years, harness clamps have emerged that can be reused by removing them from the same direction as the mounting direction for environmental protection. However, the harness clamps to be removed from the same direction require draw processing or the like at the portion to be mounted, which takes time and effort, and has a problem that the degree of freedom such as rotation of the harness is restricted due to the directionality. An object of the present invention is to provide a harness clamp that can be easily removed from the same direction as the surface on which the harness is attached, without restricting the degree of freedom of the harness.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the harness clamp according to the first embodiment of the present invention. 2 is a structural view of a main part of FIG. 1, (1) is a sectional view of the main part, and (2) is a bottom view of the main part. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the harness clamp includes a frame-shaped gripping portion 1 for gripping the harness, and a projecting mounting portion 2 for mounting and fixing the gripping portion 1 to the member 3 to be mounted. The mounting portion 2 is fitted into the mounting hole 3a of the member 3 to be mounted. Mounting part 2
Is composed of a claw portion 2a for preventing the claw portion 2a from becoming detached, a notch portion 2b for imparting elasticity to the claw portion 2a, and a lever 2c for bending and removing the claw portion 2a. When attaching the harness clamp to the member 3 to be attached, the harness clamp is inserted into the attachment hole 3a while bending the claw portion 2a of the attachment portion 2. When the mounting portion 2 is inserted to a predetermined position, the claw portion 2
a does not come off the back surface of the attached member 3. Further, when the lever 2c is to be removed, the claws 2a are bent inward by pressing the lever 2c, and the harness clamp can be removed from the attached member 3. The mounting hole 3a is a round hole so that the harness clamp can rotate freely. As shown in FIG. 3, a holding part 2 d having elasticity is provided on a horizontal part 2 c-1 of the lever 2 c of the mounting part 2 of the harness clamp, which is substantially horizontal with the member 3 to be mounted, and also on the opposite side. The attached member 3 is elastically pressed by the two members so that the attached member 3 can cope with various plate thicknesses. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a harness clamp according to a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 4, the upper end of the lever 2c of the mounting portion 2 of the harness clamp and the side surface of the grip 1 are reinforced by the reinforcing portion 2e.
To increase the elasticity and strength of the entire mounting portion 2. The elasticity and strength can be adjusted by changing the thickness and shape of the reinforcing portion 2e. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a harness clamp according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 5, a convex portion 1a is provided on the side surface of the holding portion 1 of the harness clamp, and the lever 2c is locked by being fitted into the reinforcing portion 2e, so that the harness clamp can be prevented from being accidentally removed. . If the surfaces of the above-mentioned harness clamps shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 are coated with metal or plated, grounding can be performed, and radio noise can be reduced when the harness is clamped. In addition to the surface treatment such as metal plating, a conductive resin may be used. However, since the conductive resin has poor elasticity, the portion requiring elasticity in the harness clamp may be formed by two-color molding using a soft resin material such as nylon.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the attached harness clamp can be easily removed by pressing the lever. According to the second aspect of the present invention, the lever for detaching the harness clamp is provided with elasticity so as to press the member to be attached, so that it is possible to cope with various members having different plate thicknesses and to perform stable attachment. According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the upper end of the lever for removing the harness clamp is formed to have elasticity, the elasticity and strength of the entire mounting portion are increased, and reliable and stable mounting can be performed. . According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the harness clamp is attached, and the harness is bundled and locked, so that the lever is also locked. Therefore, the lever can be securely fixed and can be prevented from being accidentally removed. According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the harness clamp is provided with conductivity so that the harness clamp can be dropped to the ground.
I) can be reduced. According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, when a conductive resin is used as the material of the harness clamp, the conductive resin has poor elasticity. Therefore, a resin such as nylon is used in two-color molding for a portion requiring elasticity. Function can be achieved by doing so.
