【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 軸筒の前方に配設されたチャックの前後
動で芯を把持し、且つ芯を繰り出すように成したシャー
プペンシルに於いて、 軸筒の前端に設けられた口先部の内孔に先端部が口先部
の前端から突出された状態に嵌挿されるスライダーの内
孔部略前端に保持チャックが設けられ、またスライダー
の外周部後方に、後端部が締め具の前端と適宜間隔を開
けて対接する片部が延設されると共に、スライダーの軸
心部後方に設けられた筒部に前端を係止させて芯ガイド
筒が設けられ、その芯ガイド筒の後端に設けられた鍔部
の前面と口先部の内孔部前方に設けられた段部との間に
スプリングが敷設され、スライダーと芯ガイド筒が口先
部に対し後方に附勢された状態で芯ガイド筒の後端がチ
ャックの前端に当接して設けられ、その状態からチャッ
クが適宜前進した状態で口先部に対してスライダーの前
進が阻止され、チャックが更に前進して締め具が前記片
部の後端部に当接し、また更に前進してチャックの芯把
持状態が解除されると共に、チャックをその状態から後
退させて、チャックが締め具に係合して芯把持を開始す
る前に、再びスライダーの後方に芯ガイド筒の前端が係
止されて、チャックと共に芯ガイド筒とスライダーが連
動して後退するように構成されたことを特徴とするシャ
ープペンシル。
