The wiping method according to the present invention is characterized in that an object to be cleaned is wiped by a cleaning section of the wiping sheet. The object to be cleaned can be wiped dry.
By attaching or including a cleaning liquid or water to one or both of the cleaning processing unit and the cleaning target, the cleaning target can be wiped with the cleaning liquid or water interposed. Objects to be cleaned can be window glasses, floors, walls, ceilings, baths, around kitchens, various furniture, appliances, screen nets (mesh for insect repelling), meshes such as interior and exterior of automobiles, etc. ,
There is no particular limitation. The cleaning processing unit has a large number of cleaning fiber bodies protruding from the sheet-like substrate in a group, and each of the cleaning fiber bodies forms a self-standing single fiber in a state of standing from the base to the tip. Therefore, when the cleaning target is wiped and cleaned by the cleaning processing unit, dirt such as dust on the cleaning target is scraped off by the aggregate of the cleaning processing fiber bodies as described above, and the cleaning processing fiber bodies are separated from each other. During the cleaning, the cleaning fiber is adhered to or absorbed by the cleaning fibrous body (provided that the cleaning fibrous body has water absorbency in the presence of an aqueous liquid), so that the cleaning is effectively performed. Since the wiping sheet has a sheet shape and the cleaning section has a large number of the above-mentioned cleaning fibers in a group, a high cleaning effect can be achieved in cleaning a mesh or a surface having irregularities.

Further, it is possible to enhance the cleaning effect by wiping the object to be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or water depending on the type of the part to be cleaned and the degree of contamination. For example, in cleaning the mesh body, the cleaning effect can be further enhanced by interposing a cleaning liquid. In addition, examples of the cleaning liquid include an aqueous cleaning liquid containing a surfactant.

The cleaning fiber may be water-absorbing or non-water-absorbing, or both may be used together. In order to wipe off the dirt by wiping the object to be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or water therebetween, and to make the dirt effectively adhere to or be absorbed by the fibrous body for cleaning processing, the fibrous body for cleaning processing is used. It is desirable to use one having water absorbency. The same applies to the case of using for wiping moisture from the object to be cleaned. Examples of the absorbent fiber for cleaning treatment include rayon, acetate, cotton, silk and the like. In addition, when a non-water-absorbing fibrous body for cleaning treatment is used, the effect of scraping dirt or the like is hardly reduced even in the presence of an aqueous liquid.

[0013] The projection height, denier,
The type of water-absorbing / non-water-absorbing, hard / soft, material, etc. can be selected according to the object to be cleaned and the cleaning application (removal of sticky dirt, dust removal, polishing, polishing, etc.). It is most common that the type of such a fiber body for cleaning treatment is constant or substantially constant. For example, a part or all of at least one surface of the sheet-like substrate is divided into plural kinds of sections. ,
For each type of section, the type of cleaning fiber body (projection height, denier, water-absorbing / non-water-absorbing, hard / soft,
One or more of the materials) may be different. Such a section may be, for example, partitioned into parallel stripes, or may be partitioned into a checkered pattern or a diamond lattice. Also, two or more types of cleaning fiber bodies may be mixed and dispersed in the entire or a part of the cleaning processing unit. With this configuration, a wiping sheet having the characteristics of two or more types of cleaning fibers can be obtained.

It is preferable that the sheet-like substrate has a flexible sheet shape. In this case, it is suitable for wiping the object to be cleaned having a protrusion or a concave portion or the object to be cleaned located in a narrow place by the cleaning processing unit. The sheet-like substrate may be mainly composed of a sheet-like material such as a nonwoven fabric, a synthetic resin sheet, a woven fabric, or paper. In addition, the sheet-like substrate is preferably non-water-soluble in wiping an object to be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or water, wiping off moisture, or washing and using it multiple times. In addition, it can be made impermeable to the front and back directions.

The wiping sheet of the present invention preferably has an embedding / fixing layer in which the base of the cleaning fiber is embedded and fixed in an upright state on the sheet-like substrate. Since the base of the cleaning fiber body is in an upright state in the embedding and fixing layer and is embedded and fixed in that state, the self-sustainability of the cleaning fiber body protruding from the sheet-like substrate in the upright state is maintained. And the dirt such as dust on the object to be cleaned is more reliably scraped off by the aggregate of the cleaning fiber bodies.

In these cases, the fibrous body for cleaning treatment may be implanted in the embedding / fixing layer with the base portion standing upright and implanted. Such flocking is
The cleaning can be performed by flocking the sheet-like substrate with a cleaning fiber body by flocking. Such a flocking process is, for example, providing a synthetic resin adhesive layer on one surface of a non-woven fabric or the like that is the main body of the sheet-like substrate to serve as a negative electrode, and above that, a positive electrode having a large number of piles for flocking is positioned, The positively charged pile is dropped on the synthetic resin adhesive layer in an upright state, and the base of each pile is embedded in the synthetic resin adhesive layer, and then the synthetic resin adhesive layer is solidified to erect the base of the cleaning fiber body. It can be carried out by embedding and fixing in a synthetic resin adhesive layer (embedding fixing layer) in this state.

In particular, since the cleaning fiber 16 has water absorbency, when the object to be cleaned is wiped with a cleaning liquid or water, the dirt is effectively attached to the cleaning fiber 16 while the dirt is scraped off. Or is absorbed. In addition, examples of the cleaning liquid include an aqueous cleaning liquid containing a surfactant.

According to the present invention, by cleaning the object to be cleaned by the cleaning processing section of the cleaning sheet body of the present invention, or by performing the wiping method of the present invention, dust and the like on the object to be cleaned can be obtained. The dirt is scraped off by the aggregate of the cleaning processing fiber bodies, taken in between the cleaning processing fiber bodies, or adhered to or absorbed by the cleaning processing fiber bodies, thereby effectively performing cleaning. Since the wiping sheet has a sheet shape and the cleaning processing section has a large number of the above-described cleaning fibers in a group, a high cleaning effect is achieved in cleaning a mesh body, a surface having irregularities, and the like. In addition, the cleaning effect can be enhanced by wiping the object to be cleaned with a cleaning liquid or water depending on the type of the part to be cleaned and the degree of contamination. For example, in cleaning the mesh body, the cleaning effect can be further enhanced by interposing a cleaning liquid.
