Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic processing device which does not scratch a photosensitive material during development, carries out smooth transportation and carries out a good quality photographic process with the minimum quantity of development solution necessary for development. SOLUTION: This photographic processing device is provided with a processing tank stored with a development solution, a transport mechanism to transport an exposed photosensitive material dipping it in a developer in the processing tank. The transport mechanism is provided with a guide part to guide the photosensitive material. The guide part arranged in the developer has a smooth guide surface opposed to one of the surfaces of the photosensitive material. A plurality of narrow recessed grooves extending in a transportation direction is formed on the guide surface.

In this type of photographic processing apparatus, when photographic processing is performed on a photosensitive material such as photographic paper, the photosensitive material is exposed by a printing exposure processing unit while being transported by a transport mechanism such as a transport roller. The exposed photosensitive material is conveyed to a development processing section, and development processing is performed in a processing tank of the development processing section.

In these transport racks, a plurality of transport rollers composed of a drive roller and a driven roller that presses against the drive roller and co-rotates are provided at intervals in the transport direction. A guide portion for guiding the material along the transport path is provided. And
The photosensitive material that has been exposed to light is transported while being immersed in a developing solution in each processing tank by a transport roller.

Incidentally, the guide portion of the transport rack is shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 8, a plurality of narrow and convex ribs C extending in the transport direction are formed on the transport surface B of the guide portion A. Are transported while contacting these ribs C.

The reason why these ribs C are provided is that, unless a plurality of ribs C are formed on the transport surface B, only the smooth transport surface B is formed, and the photosensitive material P comes into close contact with the transport surface B. Since there is a possibility that the photosensitive material P cannot be smoothly conveyed, a gap serving as a non-contact portion is provided between the conveying surface B and the photosensitive material P by forming the rib C, and the conveying surface B of the photosensitive material P is formed. To prevent close contact.

However, in the case of the guide portion A of the in-tank transport rack provided in the developing solution, the developing solution always enters between the transport surface B and the photosensitive material P. Even if the rib C is not formed between the transport surface B and the photosensitive material P, the transport surface B and the photosensitive material P do not come into direct contact with each other.

Conversely, if a rib C is formed on the transport surface B of the guide portion A provided in the developing solution, the photosensitive material P is developed in the liquid while being in contact with the tip of the rib C. The pressure at the time of contact when the rib C comes into contact with the photosensitive material P may cause a linear streak in the photosensitive material P, thereby deteriorating the print quality.

Further, since a gap is formed between the conveying surface B and the photosensitive material P by the height of the rib C with respect to the conveying surface B, the developing solution is stored in the gap. The photosensitive material P to be developed is conveyed so that the surface on which the image is printed does not face the transport surface B, that is, the back surface side where the photosensitive material P does not need to be developed faces the transport surface B. Therefore, the conveying surface B and the photosensitive material P
The development processing liquid accumulated in the gap formed between them becomes an unnecessary excess liquid.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the concave grooves 84 formed on the guide surface 83 of the guide portion 82 of the in-tank transfer rack 8 are formed into linear grooves at a predetermined depth at equal intervals. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the ribs 94 formed on the curved guide surface 93 of the guide portion 92 of the upper transport rack 9 have a predetermined narrow height and a uniform width along the curved guide surface 93 at regular intervals. As described above, according to the present embodiment, the groove 84 is formed on the guide surface 83 of the guide portion 82 and the guide portion 92 is formed.
Since the ribs 94 are formed on the curved guide surface 93, the predetermined groove is formed only between the photographic paper P and the concave groove 84 in the developing solution by the concave groove 84 of the guide portion 82 of the in-tank transport rack 8. There is no need to form a gap to form a large gap between the guide surface 83 and the photographic paper P, and the groove 84 prevents the guide surface 83 and the photographic paper P from completely contacting each other. can do. As a result, only a small amount of the processing liquid is stored in the concave groove 84 formed on the guide surface 83, and the excess photographic processing liquid is not condensed between the guide surface 83 and the photographic paper P, and the photographic paper P is smoothly transported. can do.

According to the present invention, there is provided a processing tank for storing a developing solution, and a transport mechanism for transporting the exposed photosensitive material while immersing the photosensitive material in the developing process of the processing tank. The transport mechanism guides the photosensitive material. In a photographic processing apparatus provided with a guide portion, the guide portion provided in the developing solution has a smooth guide surface facing one surface of the photosensitive material, and the guide surface is provided in the transport direction. The structure is characterized in that a plurality of narrow grooves extending to the photosensitive material are formed, so that a gap is formed between the photosensitive material and the groove, and a gap is required between the photosensitive material and the guide surface. In addition, it is possible to prevent the guide surface and the photosensitive material from completely adhering to each other with the groove.

As a result, the back surface of the photosensitive material is completely adhered to the guide surface while the photosensitive material is in contact with the guide surface having a large area without excess developing solution remaining between the guide surface and the photosensitive material. The photosensitive material is guided by a guide surface having a large area, so that the pressure applied to the photosensitive material at the guide portion is dispersed, and damage to the photosensitive material can be prevented. It is possible to prevent the print quality from deteriorating as in the related art.

As described above, the photosensitive material during the developing process is not damaged, and the transport can be carried out smoothly. Processing can be performed.
