Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an inconvenience that leaving a form fixture used on the lower ends of forms buried in a concrete because of the difficulty of removing the form fixture from the inside of the concrete results in breakage of the concrete by the rusted form fixture when a steel form fixture is employed for determining the width between forms upon manufacturing a concrete continuous footing by filling up concrete. SOLUTION: Connections to form flanges, which are provided on both ends of the form fixture, are made of hard synthetic resin. On the extremity of the connections, erect strips erecting in the same direction are provided, respectively, and a recession for receiving the front end of the form flange is formed inside each erect strip.

A typical example of a formwork fixture made of iron is shown in FIG. The fixture A shown in FIG.
Using a strip-shaped iron plate as a material, cut both ends in the length direction from both sides to form an E-shaped end at each end, and make a U-shaped cut away from the end, and further,
The ends and the cut portions are erected in the same direction to form outer erected pieces 1 and 11 and inner erected pieces 2 and 21, respectively. In the formwork fixture A, the portion from the inner upright piece 2 to the outer upright piece 1 is a portion that contacts the formwork flange.

The fixture A is used, for example, as shown in FIG. First, the fixture A is laid under the ground, and the flange of the iron formwork B is fitted between the outer standing piece 1 and the inner standing piece 2. Next, the T-shaped portion at the tip of the outer standing piece 1 is bent toward the mold B, so that the tip of the flange of the mold B is sandwiched by the T-shaped portion. Thus, the fixture A is fixed to the lower end of the mold B. Similarly, at the other end of the fixture A, the lower end of the form C is fixed by the outer upright piece 11 and the inner upright piece 21.

The present inventor has found that if the fixture A remains with both ends protruding from the concrete, this leads to serious disadvantages. That is, if both ends of the fixture are left protruding from the concrete, the protruding part will soon rust, and the rust will gradually spread to the part buried in the concrete, and the concrete will be destroyed due to expansion due to rust. Leading,
It has been found that a serious situation occurs.

Next, the inventor of the present invention has attempted to integrally form the conventional mold fixture with an ethylene resin as it is.
However, a fixture integrally molded from ethylene resin is suitable as a fixture because if concrete is poured into a formwork, it will bend and deform due to the weight of the concrete unless it is made firmly using a large amount of resin. I knew there wasn't.

Therefore, the inventor of the present invention has decided to make at least a portion of the fixture that is in contact with the form flange at both ends and a portion near the form flange (that is, the connection portion) with a hard synthetic resin. Also, if the connecting part is made of a hard synthetic resin, the tip cannot be bent and locked to the formwork flange like a fixture made of iron plate, so an upright piece is provided at the tip and inside the upright piece A recess is provided, and the tip of the form flange is locked in the recess. In this way, we succeeded in making a fixture that can withstand concrete pouring and that does not destroy concrete.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, if a part of the inner end of the upright piece U is obliquely inclined to provide a slope X, it is easy to fit the mold into the recessed portion W. Become. This is because, when the mold is placed on the fixture, the mold is first tilted inward, the base of the mold flange abuts against the inner wall of the recessed portion W, and then the mold is brought close to an upright state. This is because the leading end of the frame flange slides along the slope X, and the leading end of the flange can be fitted into the recess V while the form flange gradually falls down the standing piece.

According to the present invention, since the connecting portions located at both ends of the mold fixture are made of synthetic resin, they are attached to the lower end of the mold, concrete is poured into the mold, and the concrete hardens. When the formwork is later removed, the connection part made of synthetic resin is only exposed at both ends of the fixture, so if it is left as it is, it will not rust like a conventional iron fixture, so Concrete can be prevented from being destroyed. Further, since the exposed connecting portion is made of a synthetic resin, the exposed portion can be easily cut, and the cutting can be made such that there is no apparent fixture at all.

Also, an upright piece is attached to the tip of the connecting portion,
A recess for accommodating the tip of the form flange is provided inside the standing piece, and a concave portion for receiving the form flange is provided following the recess, so that the form flange is formed by the flexibility of the hard synthetic resin. The mold can be locked to the fixture simply by dropping it into the recess and fitting the tip of the mold flange into the recess. Therefore, the T-shaped part at both ends is folded like a conventional iron fixture. It does not need to bend and is easy to fix.

Further, in the form fixing device according to the present invention, the synthetic resin connecting portions Q and R at both ends and the iron connecting portion S can be separately formed, and therefore they can be integrated later. Therefore, if they are assembled together on site, a large space is not required for transportation and storage, which is convenient. Further, by changing the combination, various dimensional changes can be accommodated with a small number of parts, which is convenient.

Further, since the connecting parts are made of iron, the connection with concrete is good. Further, if the connecting member made of iron is formed in a rod shape, male screws are cut at both ends thereof, and the male screw is fitted with a female screw provided at the connecting portion to be integrated, so that the length L of the fixing tool can be reduced by the degree of fitting. Since it can be adjusted, even if there is a change in the form dimensions, it is possible to cope with this change. The present invention provides such benefits.
