【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 軸筒の先端にスプリングで後方に引き込
まれるように設けられたチャックと、そのチャックの後
端に設けられた軸継ぎ手に替え芯ケースの前方部が着脱
可能に結合されてなるノック式のシャープペンシルに於
いて、上記ケース本体の前方部にチャック状の閉じ部が
設けられ、その閉じ部の外周に筒状の締め部材が前後退
位置に係止されるように設けられて、締め部材を後退し
閉じ部が開口した状態で、替え芯ケースが軸継ぎ手後方
の軸部に装着された時に、締め部材と軸継ぎ手とが係止
され、その係止を解除する力に対し、上記閉じ部と締め
部材の係止を解除する力が強く設けられたことを特徴と
するシャープペンシル。
