The toilet (1) can be used in a comfortable posture of each patient by using the stopper (6) and the toilet seat rotating shaft (7). In addition, urination at the same time as excretion can be easily performed by the urinals (15a, 15b) and the urine guide tube (16) integrated with the excretion bag (10) (FIG. 10). After excretion, seal the excrement bag neck (13) with a sealing band (Fig. 6), do not disperse the odor to the surroundings, and remove the excretion bag (10) from the toilet seat (1) using the sealing band. Is possible (FIG. 9). In order to treat the excrement, the holding tape (14) of the excrement bag is lifted in the toilet in the facility, and the evacuation port (1) of the bag is lifted.
1) Close to the toilet and remove the sealing band (Fig. 6) to perform sewage treatment.

In particular, young patients who were hospitalized for illness and elderly people who were conscious had a shame that others could see their excrement. As a result, the patient was indirectly unhealthy, such as having to endure defecation and reducing the amount of food and water intake in order to intentionally reduce the amount and frequency of defecation. In addition, dispersal of bad odor around the defecation also causes discomfort to the patient's shame and caregiver, and is a psychological burden on both the patient and the caregiver. In addition, caregivers are shown the excrement of others,
In addition, it smells offensive odors, and it is psychologically painful and unsanitary due to the work of cleaning the toilet.

In use, if the patient inserts the genitalia into the urination opening (15a, 15b) and the woman presses the genitalia around the genitalia, simultaneous use of defecation and urination is possible. After excretion, the caregiver clamps the excretion bag neck (13) with a sealing band (FIG. 6) to seal the same bag (FIG. 9). A urinal cap (1) is inserted into the urination port (15a, 15b).
7a, 17b), let the patient raise the hips gently or lower the angle of the toilet seat, pull the sealing band down, and remove the excrement bag (10) from the toilet seat (1). Remove the toilet bowl from the patient after wiping off any residual feces in the anus. Since the excrement bag is colored on the outer surface, the excrement is not visible, and furthermore, the odor is not dispersed to the surroundings by the closed band (FIG. 6). Excrement disposal

Toilet seat can be adjusted to cope with various disease states. Toilet seat angle adjustment support device (5) and stopper (6), and toilet seat rotation between sacral lower plate (2) and toilet seat (1) It is connected by a service shaft (7). The toilet seat is in the form of a tray with a concave center to fit the hips. An excretion bag attachment port (3) is opened at the anus of the toilet seat so that the excretion bag can be attached. The toilet seat angle adjusting support (5) was fully extended so that the toilet seat could be accommodated in the toilet bag receiving plate (4) of the toilet for storage when the toilet seat was unnecessary. In addition, a device was devised so that a band (8) with a magic tape (registered trademark) was attached to the upper part of the receiving plate (FIG. 2). Note that the angle adjustment support (5) and the toilet seat rotation shaft (7)
Is made of metal and the others are made of hard plastic (FRP).
The excretion bag (10) and the urine guide tube (16) are integrally processed and further provided with urination ports (15a, 15b). The back surface of the toilet seat mounting portion (12) is coated with a jelly liquid or an oily liquid so that the toilet bag (10) can be easily detached from the toilet seat. In addition, the area is larger than the opening of the toilet seat excretion bag. Further, the excrement bag neck (13) is made thin to make it easier to close the excrement bag with the sealing band after excretion. The excretion bag (10) and the urinary tube (16) are made of soft synthetic rubber, soft polyvinyl chloride resin, or polyolefin soft polypropylene or soft polyethylene. The outer surface of the excrement bag is colored and the inner surface is coated with an oily liquid containing a fragrance. The end of the male urination opening (15a) is made thinner and elastic, and the genitals are lightly tightened to prevent urination. In addition, the portion of the female urinal opening (15b) to be attached around the genitals is made of a material having both waterproof and cushioning properties to prevent urination. In addition, the urination port (15a,
A urinal holding portion (18) was attached so that 15b) did not shift. The closed band (FIG. 6) is used to prevent the odor from being separated around the excretion and to remove the excretion bag from the toilet seat (1). The closed band holding part (19) is made of metal, and the opening and closing part (2
0) is processed with hard synthetic rubber, and the inside of the opening / closing section is formed in a sawtooth shape to prevent slippage. The toilet seat cover is used not only for the purpose of preventing the patient from feeling cold, but also for preventing the toilet seat mounting portion (12) of the excretion bag (10) from being displaced from the toilet seat. Sacral lower plate of toilet seat (2)
Is fixed to the toilet seat cover receiving hook (9) by the hook (21) of the toilet seat cover. Furthermore, it is reinforced with a thick cloth around the opening of the toilet seat cover.

Others can see their excretions, resolve psychological distress such as shame that disperses bad smells around, without having to endure defecation and urination,
It can be used at the end of the day. As a result, it also leads to the patient's health. On the other hand, from the caregiver's point of view, the excretion treatment is not uncomfortable and can be performed very hygienically. The production cost of this stool is considered to be economical because it can be manufactured with materials already used in a wide range of fields. Furthermore, since the structure is simple, it is easy to understand how to use even a person who has no experience of care. Finally, a survey of nursing care issues (meal and excretion) showed the highest percentage at 57.5%. (Nursing care insurance and clinic management / revised version) If the above problems can be solved by the present invention, it will be helpful to those who take care of new people in the current recession and help their livelihoods. I do.
