態をシート状継手1の両端部の外側からクランプ部材9
を被せてねじ10により締め付けることにより保持し、
前記電極板6の一端から突出する電極線7および電極板
6の他端から突出する電極線8に電源を繋ぎ発熱体5に
通電することにより発熱体5が発熱するようになってい
る。このように発熱体5に電流が流れて発熱体5が発熱
