Further, as shown in FIG. 19, as a construction member of the drainage pipe, there is a drainage pipe and a drainage trap having an opening for connecting the drainage pipe. As a conventional connection method between the drain trap and the drain pipe as described above, a cap nut having an internal thread portion provided on an inner peripheral surface of the drain pipe, a watertight member having an annular and substantially triangular cross section ( Less than,
There is a method of disposing a “triangular packing”), and providing a male screw portion to be screwed with the female screw portion of the cap nut at the connection port of the drain trap. In the drain trap and the drain pipe having the above-described configuration, the drain pipe is inserted into the connection port of the drain trap, and the cap nut and the connection port of the drain trap are screwed. When the triangular packing is pressed by the cap nut, the triangular packing is inserted into the connection port. The inclined part of the pipe is strongly contacted and the direction of the force is turned inward, it is converted to the force to tighten the drainage pipe, the frictional force between them is strengthened and it is impossible to slide, so the drainage pipe and triangular packing are integrated Works like that. That is, the triangular packing is fixed to the cap nut and the drain pipe, and the drain pipe cannot slide with respect to the triangular packing, so that the drain pipe is connected and fixed to the drain trap. A mechanism for connecting members as described above and a connection method using the same have been well known. Here, members that can be inserted into the other member, such as the drain trap of paragraph 0002 and the drain pipe of paragraph 0003, are collectively referred to as male members, and male members such as kitchen sinks of paragraph 0002 and drain traps of paragraph 0003. Are generically referred to as female members, respectively.

However, the above-mentioned conventional connection mechanism has the following problems. 1. Since the male thread and the female thread are screwed together and the watertight member between the male and female members is compressed to stop water, torque management of the thread is required, and the number of processes increases during construction and component production.
It was taking time. 2. At the time of construction, it may not be possible to tighten the screw in places where many parts are complicated or where installation space is limited. 3. When connecting the male member and the female member, the female screw portion of the cap nut or the lock nut and the female screw portion of the male member or the male member are screwed together, so that the members idle and the male member turns. Two people were needed, one to hold the screw and the other to tighten the screw. 4. As described above, the construction is difficult and time-consuming, and the cost is high due to the difficulty in the construction and the increase in the number of personnel due to the increase in the number of production steps and work steps. 5. Since the connection mechanism is connected by screwing, the male member has a cylindrical shape, and the range of shape selection is narrow. The present invention has been researched and developed to solve the above problems.

The connecting mechanism is used in such a manner that the fixing wall (4) comes into contact with the periphery of the connecting port (2) via the packing (P) so that the drain trap is connected to the kitchen sink (7) from the connecting port (2) on the upper surface. (6) is inserted and arranged. Next, a spacer (5) for uniformly dispersing the respective stresses from below the drain trap (6) is arranged between the drain trap (6) on the back side of the kitchen sink (7) and the pressure contact wall (1). From this state, the pressure contact wall (1) of the drain trap (6)
The wedge member (3) is driven between the and the spacer (5) while pressing the members against each other. As a result, a force is applied to the periphery of the connection port (2) of the kitchen sink (7) and the pressure contact wall (1) in a direction away from each other, but the fixed wall (4) of the kitchen sink (7) and the drain trap (6) is moved. Since it is in contact, the drain trap (6) does not fall out of the kitchen sink (7). Further, since the drain trap (6) and the kitchen sink (7) are strongly in contact with each other via the packing (P) at the fixed wall (4), the drain trap (6) and the kitchen sink (7) are watertight. Connection is made.
Since there is no screw part as described above, it is not necessary to control the torque and the construction method is simple. Therefore, the installation of the drain trap (6), which was conventionally performed by two persons, must be performed by one person. Can be done. In addition, since there is no screw portion, it is not particularly necessary to make the shape of the drain trap (6) cylindrical, and the drain trap (6) has a substantially elliptical shape in plan view as in the embodiment.
The range of shape selection can be expanded.

As a method of using this connection mechanism, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a triangular packing (D) and a spacer (5) are attached to a tip of a drain pipe (8) in order from the end, and a drain trap ( The drain pipe (8) is inserted into the connection port (2) of (6), and the triangular packing (D) arranged in the drain pipe (8) is brought into contact with the fixed wall (4). Further, a wedge member (3) is driven between the connection port (2) and the spacer (5). Then, a force acts in a direction in which the triangle packing (D) and the connection port (2) of the drain trap (6) are separated from each other via the spacer (5), and the triangle packing (D) is strongly pressed against the fixed wall (4). You. At this time, the inclination of the triangle packing (D) converts the pressing force exerted on the fixed wall (4) toward the inside to a force for tightening the drain pipe (8), and the triangle packing (D) and the drain pipe (D). Since the frictional force during step 8) is increased to make it impossible to slide, the drain pipe (8) and the triangular packing (D) function as an integral unit. Thereafter, as in the conventional example described in paragraph 0003, the triangular packing (D) is fixed to the wedge member (3) and the fixed wall (4), and the drain pipe (8) slides with respect to the triangular packing (D). As it becomes impossible, drain pipe (8)
Is fixedly connected to the drain trap (6). As described above, this connection mechanism does not require any tightening work such as screwing, and even in a narrow space such as a cabinet of a kitchen or the like, only by driving the wedge member (3) into a predetermined position, the drain trap (6) and the drain pipe are connected. (8) can be connected,
It can be constructed in a short time.

The connection mechanism of the present invention has the following effects. 1. Since the male member and the female member can be connected only by driving the wedge member into a predetermined position, it is not necessary to perform a troublesome operation such as torque management. 2. Since the male member and the female member can be connected only by driving the wedge member into a predetermined position, the connection can be easily performed even in a narrow connection space where the screw cannot be turned, and the connection space is not particularly limited. 3. By connecting the male member and the female member via the spacer, the force from the wedge member can be uniformly applied to the male member or the female member. 4. Since there is no threaded portion, shapes other than the cylindrical shape can be used, and the width of the shapes of the male member and the female member can be increased. 5. Since there is no threaded portion, the male member and the female member do not run idle, and can be mounted by one person. 6. For the reasons 1 and 2 above, the cost can be further reduced as compared with the conventional method due to the effect of increasing workability and reducing the number of workers.
