Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring duct in which power wires such as power supply wires, etc., and light electric wires such as telephone wires, LAN cables, etc., can be separated from each other and the wires can be laid stably and easily during laying work, and which can be used suitably for laying the wires and cables, particularly along the leg of a table or a desk. SOLUTION: A partition plate 10 is made to stand erect at a center of a U-shaped trench of a long duct body 2 with an approximately U-shaped cross section from a bottom plate of the duct body 2 which is an attachment plate 9 to the other member to divide the inside of the duct body 2 into a power wire trench 11 and a light electric wire trench 12. Cover plates 3 are provided along end edges of both side plates 13 of the duct body via hinges so as to open and close both the trenches freely. Further, engagement pieces 15 are formed on both sides of the top part of the partition plate, and engagement nails 16 engaged with the engagement pieces are formed on free edges of the cover plates 3.

[0003] Generally, as a wiring duct, a structure in which the inside of the duct body is divided into a high-current wiring groove and a low-current wiring groove is known. Some of the provided horizontal ducts for wiring separate such strong and weak electric wires, but few of the vertical ducts for wiring provided on the legs separate the strong and weak electric wires. The reason for this is that there is little need to start up and wire along the legs from the same floor at the same location because the high-voltage power lines such as power lines and the low-voltage lines such as telephone lines and LAN cables are drawn at different positions. It is because. Conversely, once wired from the floor to a table or desk, if it is wired across an adjacent table or desk, it is common practice to wire the heavy electrical wires and the weak electrical wires together using a horizontal wiring duct. Therefore, it is necessary to separate such strong and weak electric wires in the horizontal duct for wiring.

[0004] When wiring to the legs of a table or desk, there is a structure in which a high-voltage electric wire is wired inside the legs and a low-voltage electric wire is wired to a vertical duct for wiring mounted along the outer surface of the legs. However, there has not been provided any device capable of separately arranging strong and weak electric wires in the same vertical duct for wiring. The same can be said of the wiring duct for the partition panel. In the case of ordinary wiring ducts, after wiring wires in the wiring grooves of the duct main body, those with a structure that covers the opening by fitting a cover plate created separately are required to work on new wiring or add new wiring. Wiring work is troublesome, and in the case of a structure in which the cover plate is hinged to the duct main body, the cover plate may interfere with the wiring work.

In the case of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1A, when the wiring duct 1 is formed, the shape of the cover plates 3, 3 is set so as to be parallel to the side plates 13, 13 of the duct main body 2. In this case, since the hinge portions 14 are formed in a U-shape, the hinge portions 1 are opened when the cover plates 3 are opened.
The shape memory of the wirings 4 and 14 results in a state at the time of molding, the wiring groove 11 for strong current and the wiring groove 12 for weak current are completely opened, and the cover plates 3 and 3 do not become an obstacle during wiring work. In addition, due to the presence of the first stop edge 17 and the second stop edge 18 protruding into the openings of the wiring grooves 11 and 12, the wires disposed in the grooves leave the cover plates 3 open. However, the wiring work can be performed extremely efficiently without unexpectedly protruding from the opening.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a wiring duct according to the present invention, wherein the bottom surface of the long duct main body having a substantially U-shaped cross section having a mounting plate for attaching to another member is provided at the central portion in the concave groove. The partition plate is raised from the mounting plate to separate the inside of the duct body into a wiring groove for strong electricity and a wiring groove for weak electricity, and the cover plate can be opened and closed freely via hinges along the edges of both side plates of the duct body In addition, locking pieces are provided on both sides of the top of the partition plate, and locking claws for engaging with the locking pieces are formed at the free ends of both cover plates. It is possible to separate the wiring from a weak electric wire such as a wire or a LAN cable, reduce the influence of electric noise, and efficiently perform the wiring work. In particular, if the wiring duct is attached vertically along the legs of the table or desk, there is no need for troublesome work such as wiring inside the legs, and only work from the outside can be performed from the floor to the back of the top plate. Wiring work to the horizontal wiring duct provided below the edge can be simplified.

According to the second aspect, when the cover plate is closed, the back surface of the cover plate is stopped at the ends of the first and second stopping edges, so that the cover plate is unexpectedly deformed. The closed state can be surely maintained without the occurrence of the opening, and furthermore, the presence of the first and second locking edges protruding into the opening of each wiring groove allows the electric wires arranged in the grooves to open the cover plate. Even in this state, the wiring work can be performed extremely efficiently without unexpectedly protruding from the opening.

According to the third aspect, the wiring duct can be manufactured at low cost, and the cover plate can be opened if the cover plate is shaped so as to be parallel to the side plate of the duct main body when the wiring duct is formed. At this time, the shape of the hinge part is memorized by the shape memory, and the wiring groove for strong electricity and the wiring groove for weak electricity are completely opened, so that the cover plate does not interfere with the wiring work.

According to the fourth aspect, the wiring work from the floor surface to the horizontal wiring duct provided below the rear edge of the top plate can be simplified,
Moreover, since the opening of the cover plate is completely restricted after the leg cover is attached, the cover plate is not accidentally opened.
