2. Description of the Related Art U-shaped grooves used as side gutters and drainage for civil engineering development sites and general roads in Yamano are buried and used in soft ground areas. There is a possibility that. In particular, in recent years, a U-shaped groove member made of synthetic resin, which is lightweight and easy to handle in terms of transportation and construction, has been used in place of the U-shaped groove member made of concrete. More and more important. In particular, when the wall side of the U-shaped groove has a shape that rises outwardly with respect to the upper surface opening, the earth pressure from the outside of the side wall acts on the upper surface opening of the U-shaped groove so that the U-shaped groove is formed. There was a problem that it was easily lifted. In order to solve this problem, it has been conventionally known to provide a metal flat plate longer than the width of the U-shaped groove on the side or bottom of the U-shaped groove as a floating prevention member. For example, JP-A-61-162645 discloses that
Disclosed is a U-shaped groove provided on a side surface or a bottom surface with a floating prevention plate extending in the width direction by various methods. In the floating prevention plate, a guide member having a guide hole for penetrating the floating prevention plate is used as described above, in addition to a method in which the floating prevention plate is directly attached to the U-shaped groove using a fixing tool such as a screw, a bolt, a nut, or a rivet. There is adopted a method in which the anti-floating plate is attached to the U-shaped groove with a simple fixing tool and penetrated therethrough. In addition, JP
In -39913, in a U-shaped groove made of synthetic resin, an anti-floating metal fitting is engaged with a connection portion on the bottom surface of the U-shaped groove, and anchored inside the metal fitting through a rod or the like longer than the groove width of the U-shaped groove. It is described. On the other hand, U made of synthetic resin
Since the U-shaped groove member is thinner and has lower rigidity as compared with the conventional concrete U-shaped groove member, a method of forming the side wall surface from the bottom wall surface of the U-shaped groove into a corrugated or similar uneven shape. Has been adopted. (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-837
No. 31, JP-A-11-1956, etc.). It is not as easy to attach an anti-floating material to such a U-shaped groove having unevenness on the bottom surface with a fixing tool such as a screw, a bolt, a nut, or a rivet as compared with a U-shaped groove having a flat bottom surface. The above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-162645 also shows attachment of a floating prevention member to a U-shaped groove having such a shape, and at the outer bottom surface of the U-shaped groove where a wavy uneven surface is formed, One of the concave openings is closed by a plate to form an insertion hole penetrating in the width direction of the U-shaped groove, and two floating prevention plates of the insertion hole are inserted and fitted at the ends. Is shown.

However, mounting the anti-floating member to the U-shaped groove using the above-mentioned conventional fixing device requires a complicated operation. Also, when using screws, bolts, nuts, etc. to fix the anti-floating material or the member for attaching the anti-floating material to the U-shaped groove,
In addition to the necessity of drilling holes for inserting the holes, there is a possibility that water leaks from the holes, so that measures must be taken. On the other hand, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No.
The mounting of the anti-floating plate on the bottom surface of the U-shaped groove having a wavy uneven surface shown in Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. H11-27131 does not use a fixing tool such as a screw, but can be fitted into an insertion hole formed at the bottom of the U-shaped groove. Since it is necessary to prepare a specially designed floating prevention plate with one part formed at one end, it is necessary to separately design and manufacture this floating prevention plate, which increases the number of steps involved and the production cost of the entire U-shaped groove. It also takes. Furthermore, since the anti-floating materials in these prior arts are mainly made of metal, there arises a problem of a decrease in strength due to corrosion. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to form a corrugated and anti-floating material by alternately and continuously forming a concave portion and a convex portion extending from the bottom of the wall to the upper portion of the left and right wall side portions in the longitudinal direction of the U-shaped groove. It is an object of the present invention to provide a U-shaped groove which can be manufactured more easily than a U-shaped groove provided with a conventional anti-floating material and which can be easily mounted with the anti-floating material. . In addition, the present invention provides a U-shaped groove which does not require a member or the like for mounting the anti-floating material, unlike a conventional U-shaped groove, in which there is no risk of water leakage due to a hole provided for mounting the anti-floating material. The task is to provide

The U-shaped groove of the present invention is made of a hard synthetic resin or a fiber reinforced resin, and the U-shaped groove main body extends from the bottom of the wall to the upper part of the left and right side walls in order to measure rigidity. The portions are formed alternately and continuously in the longitudinal direction of the U-shaped groove, so that they are formed into a corrugated shape and a resin-made bridging material similar to that of the main body is provided between the left and right side walls of the main body. The frame is fixed. By attaching a bridging material that bridges both side walls of the U-shaped groove to the upper part of the U-shaped groove, which is the weakest part of the U-shaped groove, rigidity against earth pressure from outside the side wall of the synthetic resin U-shaped groove is increased. A method for improving this is conventionally known (JP-A-2000-129768,
JP-A-2000-104326, etc.). Most of them are obtained by attaching metal reinforcing members at several places in the width direction. However, there is a possibility that the metal may have reduced strength and deteriorated appearance due to corrosion. However,
In the present invention, such a problem does not occur because no metal is used for the bridging member. Under the bottom of the wall of the U-shaped groove main body of the present invention, an angle material, which is longer than the width of the U-shaped groove and is also made of a hard synthetic resin or a fiber reinforced resin, is provided as a floating prevention material. In order to attach the anti-floating angle angle material, the U-shaped groove of the present invention has, at the bottom of the wall thereof, a groove portion through which the anti-floating material can be inserted and supported. An anti-floating material support groove designed to sandwich the surface is provided. Here, the angle surface portion means a surface portion extending from the bent portion of the angled angle material to the left and right edges in the width direction. The anti-floating material support groove portion includes one concave portion at the bottom of the wall of the U-shaped groove main body and two convex portions adjacent to both sides thereof. The angle angle material, which is an anti-floating material, is attached to the bottom of the wall of the U-shaped groove main body so that a bent portion having a substantially L-shaped cross section is downward. For this reason, the concave portion at the bottom of the wall of the U-shaped groove body is in contact with both angle surface portions on the valley side of the angled material, and the two convex portions adjacent to both sides of the concave portion are respectively On the side adjacent to the concave streak portion, the corner angle member is formed so as to protrude inwardly from each other so as to be able to support both angle sides on the mountain side. In other words, the anti-floating material support groove portion is
The bent portion of the angled material has a shape that can be supported by sandwiching the bent portion downward and sandwiched between the concave and convex portions at the bottom of the wall of the U-shaped groove body, and the shape is inverted from the ohmic (Ω) shape as a whole. Has a shape close to the shape. The square angle member can be fitted by being fitted into this groove and being inserted from one side of the U-shaped groove wall bottom to the other side. Further, in the present invention, a hard synthetic resin or a fiber reinforced resin is used as the anti-floating material, and the versatile cross section is approximately L.
Because of the use of the angle-shaped square angle material, its manufacture is easy and it has sufficient strength. Furthermore, since the angle angle material, which is the floating prevention material, is attached to the U-shaped groove so that the bent portion thereof is downward, when the U-shaped groove is buried, it receives more earth and sand and is more than the flat type floating prevention material. Well fixed. In addition, in the present invention, since no metal material is used, there is no problem of strength reduction due to corrosion. Further, the anti-floating material supporting groove does not require a fixing tool for mounting the anti-floating material, and does not require a fitting member to be fitted and fixed to the anti-floating material. That is, the mounting structure of the anti-floating material in the U-shaped groove according to the present invention includes a square angle material as the anti-floating material, and a shape in which a part of the bottom of the wall of the U-shaped groove main body is changed to support the rectangular angle material by being inserted. And a simple structure of a floating prevention member supporting groove portion. Therefore, no special process is required in the production of the U-shaped groove, and even if the anti-floating material is attached, only the operation of inserting the anti-floating material into the anti-floating material support groove portion is very easy. It can be done quickly. Further, since the mounting does not involve the opening of the U-shaped groove, there is no need to take measures to prevent water leakage. In another aspect of the present invention, a U-shaped groove using a bar, a square member, a tube, a tube, or the like made of a hard synthetic resin or a fiber-reinforced resin longer than the width of the U-shaped groove is used as the anti-floating material. Is also good. These are generally easily available like the above-mentioned square angle materials. In this case, the anti-floating material support groove portion at the bottom of the wall of the U-shaped groove body is designed to surround and support the inserted anti-floating material. More preferably, in the U-shaped groove main body of the present invention, the left and right wall side portions of the U-shaped groove main body formed in the corrugated shape stand vertically or outwardly from the bottom of the wall, respectively. The ridge portion does not extend to the upper end as it is, but is formed into a structure that is curved inward at the upper portion. Due to this structure, the upper part of the left and right side walls has a shape narrowed inward from the outside, so in this part which is particularly weak due to the structure of the U-shaped groove, only the concavo-convex strip as in the conventional case is arranged on the side surface. Rigidity against earth pressure from various load directions can be increased more than the U-shaped groove. Preferably, the bridging material used in the U-shaped groove main body of the present invention is a bridging material after being set on the upper part of the U-shaped groove, as long as the bridging material is made of a flat plate or a square angle material having a flat upper surface. The material is safe because it does not expose sharp parts, and it looks beautiful. Furthermore, if the fixing of the both ends of the bridging member is performed by attaching the bridging member to the bridging member receiving portion by using a rivet preferably made of a hard synthetic resin or a fiber reinforced resin, the fixing by screws, bolts and nuts The mounting operation is very simple and quick. Furthermore, the U-shaped groove main body of the present invention is provided with rib portions protruding outward on the left and right wall side portions to provide better rigidity. The portion protruding outward also prevents the U-shaped groove from being lifted by the earth and sand placed on the upper portion of the rib portion when the U-shaped groove is buried, similarly to the above-mentioned floating prevention material. In addition, in the U-shaped groove of the present invention, a reinforcing material made of a hard synthetic resin or a fiber reinforced resin can be attached along the longitudinal direction to the bridging member receiving portions on both upper sides of the U-shaped groove main body. . With this mounting, it is also possible to give the U-shaped groove even higher rigidity.

The U-shaped groove 1 of the present invention shown in the present embodiment is made of the same resin as the U-shaped groove body 2 as shown in FIG. , A rectangular angle member 30 having a substantially L-shaped cross section longer than the width of the U-shaped groove 1. As shown in FIG.
The U-shaped groove main body 2 has a recessed portion 5 at the center of the wall bottom 3.
And two protruding portions 6, 6 adjacent to both sides thereof are formed so as to form a floating prevention member supporting groove 31 having a structure capable of sandwiching both angle surface portions of the floating prevention angle angle member 30 respectively. In the groove portion 31, the concave streak portion 5 is deformed and abuts on the valley side of the L-shaped cross section of the floating prevention angle angle member 30 at a portion 35 in the drawing, and two portions on both sides of the concave streak portion 5 are shown. The protruding ridge portions 6, 6 are deformed on the side adjacent to the concave ridge portion 5 so as to face inward so as to support the mountain side of the L-shaped cross section of the angular angle member 30 by a portion 36 in the figure. In order to take a protruding shape, it has a shape like an inverted ohmic (Ω) shape as a whole. And the floating prevention angle angle material 30 is inserted into the groove 31 below the U-shaped groove main body wall bottom portion 3 from one side to the opposite side to define the width of the U-shaped groove 1, and the both sides of the U-shaped groove main body 2. It is mounted so as to protrude outward from the parts 4,4. Therefore, the floating prevention angle angle member 30 is connected to the U-shaped groove main body 2.
No fixtures such as screws, bolts and nuts, or rivets are required for mounting on the vehicle. The mounting structure of the anti-floating angle material 30 of the U-shaped groove 1 of the present invention has a very simple configuration. Therefore, no processing is required after the U-shaped groove main body 2 of the present invention is formed, and the work of attaching the anti-floating material is very simple. The anti-floating material supporting groove 31 may be configured to support the anti-floating material only by applying this shape to two portions, that is, a portion where the wall bottom portion 3 and the side portions 4 and 4 are in contact with each other. At the time of laying, usually, an anti-floating material support groove portion 31 is provided over the entire width direction of the U-shaped groove main body wall bottom portion 3 so that the mounting operation for inserting the square angle member 30 is easy. Further, in this embodiment, one floating prevention angle angle member 30 is provided for one U-shaped groove main body 2, but two or more angle angle members 30 can be installed according to the length of the U-shaped groove. It can be designed as follows. When the U-shaped groove 1 is laid, the floating prevention effect is obtained by the earth and sand deposited on the part of the floating prevention angle angle member 30. In the present invention, in particular, the angle preventing member 3 made of a hard synthetic resin or a fiber reinforced resin
Since 0 is used, there is no danger of the strength being reduced due to corrosion as in the case of a metal anti-floating material, and even if the shape is stronger than a flat anti-floating material and is made of a synthetic resin or the like. Has sufficient strength. Further, in the present invention, the floating prevention angle angle member 30 is attached to the bottom 3 of the wall of the U-shaped groove main body 2 so that the bent portion is downward.
At the time of burying, the angled material can receive earth and sand more reliably than the flat-shaped floating prevention material, and the U-shaped groove is fixed better. In this embodiment, the same resin as that of the U-shaped groove main body 2 is used.
Various hard synthetic resins or the like different from the groove main body 2 can be used.

[0010] As shown in FIG. 21, as the anti-floating material, in addition to the angle angle material 30, similarly, a tube material 40 longer than the width of the U-shaped groove 1 can be used. This pipe member 40 is also made of the same or different hard synthetic resin or fiber reinforced resin as the U-shaped groove main body 2. FIG. 21 also shows an anti-floating material supporting groove 41 provided on the bottom 3 of the wall of the U-shaped groove body 2 and designed to surround and support the anti-floating tube 40.
The anti-floating material supporting groove 41 forms a round cavity between the two portions of the wall bottom 3 so that the anti-floating tube 40 to be inserted can be held by the wall bottom 3 of the U-shaped groove main body 2. The lower end is formed by portions 3a, 3a that are inwardly deformed so as to surround and support the anti-lifting material. In addition to the tube member 40, in an embodiment in which such a groove for supporting an anti-floating material is used, it is also possible to use a bar, a square material, a tubular material, or the like made of resin as the anti-floating material.

As shown in FIG. 8, in this embodiment, the U-shaped groove 1 is used.
As the bridging member, a square angle member 7A having a substantially L-shaped cross section and made of the same material as the U-shaped groove main body 2 having holes 7a, 7a formed at both ends is used. The angled material 7A is disposed in the flat bridging material receiving portions 8, 8 at the upper ends of the two side walls 4, 4 of the above-mentioned U-shaped groove main body 2, and is horizontally mounted between the two side walls 4, 4. Can be installed as As is clear from FIGS. 1 and 2 and the like, the right and left bridging material receiving portions 8, 8 are provided with holes 8a at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction at the upper positions of the ridge portions 6. As shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 10 and FIG.
Can be installed. In this embodiment, since the U-shaped groove main body 2 itself has the portion for receiving the bridging material, other auxiliary members for arranging the bridging material are not required when using the bridging material. Angle material 7
A can be fixed to the upper part of the U-shaped groove main body 2 by aligning the holes 7a, 7a formed at both ends thereof with the holes 8a, 8a of the bridging material receiving portion and attaching them with rivets 9. The rivet 9 has the shape shown in FIG. 11 and is made of a resin made of the same material as the U-shaped groove main body 2, but other hard synthetic resin or fiber reinforced resin can also be used. The use of the rivets 9 makes it very easy to attach the bridging material as compared with the case of using screws, bolts, nuts and the like. FIG.
The surface of the L-shaped angled material 7A shown in (c) without the holes 7a is notched at both ends, and is designed to be shorter than the surface with the holes 7a (FIG. 8B). . Therefore, the surface without the hole 7a (FIG. 8C) can be attached in the U-shaped groove main body 2 downward. For this reason, after attaching the angled angle member 7A to the U-shaped groove main body 2, the angled angled member 7A also does not protrude from the upper surface of the U-shaped groove. . The bridging material can also be used in the form of a flat plate having fixing holes at both ends in addition to the shape of the above-mentioned angled material.

In the U-shaped groove 1 of the present embodiment, as the bridging member, instead of or in combination with the above-mentioned angled material 7A that can be fixed with the rivet 9, the wall side portion 4 of the U-shaped groove main body 1 is used. 4 A bridging material receiving portion is formed at the upper inside, and another bridging material that can be fitted and fixed therein can be used. Since the attachment of the bridge member to the U-shaped groove main body does not require screws, bolts and nuts, and fixing tools such as rivets, the attachment can be performed quickly.
Moreover, the bridging member receiving portion formed in the U-shaped groove main body 2 is also a part of the structure of the U-shaped groove main body 2 and is formed at the same time as the molding thereof. No auxiliary member is required. In this embodiment, U
As shown in FIG. 2, the U-shaped groove main body 2 is designed such that a resin angled material 7B made of the same material as the U-shaped groove main body 2 shown in FIG. 12 can be used. That is, as is clear from FIGS. 1, 14 and 15, the U-shaped groove main body 2 has a substantially L corresponding to the square angle material 7B as a bridging material receiving portion.
The receiving recess 10 in the shape of a letter has recessed portions 5 on the wall side portions 4 and 4.
・ It is formed on the upper part. More specifically, FIGS. 1 and 13
As shown in FIG. 15, a part of the inwardly curved shape 5a at the top of the left and right wall side portions 4, 4 of the U-shaped groove main body 2 at the concave streak portions 5,. A flat wall side portion 5b is formed at a certain interval with respect to the longitudinal direction of the groove 1 and warps more inward and extends to the upper end together with the adjacent ridge portions 6 on both sides. At the same time, the flat wall side portion 5b is provided with a substantially L-shaped receiving concave portion 10 which can receive an end of the angled angle member 7B as a bridging material receiving portion. FIG. 13A shows a state as viewed from the outside of the U-shaped groove main body wall side part 4 in which the angled angle member 7B is fitted into the receiving recess 10, and FIG. 13B shows the same state as the wall side part 4. FIG. 13 is a diagram viewed from the inside (FIG.
(A) is an enlarged view of a circle A portion. The shape of the receiving concave portion 10 is a substantially L-shape that surrounds the shape of the cross section of the end of the angular angle material 7B, and an opening 10a is provided at the upper part of this shape. The opening 10a facilitates the fitting of the angle angle member 7B, and is easy to remove when foreign matter such as earth and sand enters the receiving recess 10 during the installation work of the U-shaped groove 1. Since the angle material 7B, which is a bridging material, is used with its bent portion having the mountain side facing up, its sharp edge does not protrude from the upper surface of the U-shaped groove after being attached to the U-shaped groove main body 2, and the work site In this case, there is no possibility that the worker is injured by the projecting portion of the bridging member, and the appearance is beautiful.

As is apparent from the above description, the present invention provides a U-shaped groove formed as described above on the lower side of the bottom of the wall of the U-shaped groove main body as a floating preventing material, with a width smaller than the width of the U-shaped groove. Is a U-shaped groove provided with a square angle material made of a long synthetic resin or the like, but for mounting the U-shaped groove itself, the anti-floating material can be supported by inserting the anti-floating material into the bottom of its wall. It is formed with a groove. Therefore, the U-shaped groove of the present invention does not require a member for fixing the anti-floating member unlike the prior art, and is advantageous in manufacturing cost. Furthermore, since the mounting of the anti-floating material is simply performed by fitting the anti-floating material support groove at the bottom of the U-shaped groove from one side to the opposite side, the mounting work when constructing the U-shaped groove is extremely easy and quick. Can be done. Further, since the mounting does not involve the opening of the U-shaped groove, there is no risk of water leakage due to the hole. Further, in the present invention, since the anti-floating material is a square angle material, it has sufficient strength even if it is made of a synthetic resin or the like, and further, it has a U-shape so that the bent portion of the square angle material is downward. Since it is installed in the groove, it receives more earth and sand when buried than the flat type anti-floating material, and is better fixed. In addition, other than the above-mentioned angle angle material, as a floating prevention material, using a variety of versatile members, such as a resin bar material, a square material, a pipe material or a tubular material,
Correspondingly, the bottom of the wall of the U-shaped groove main body is designed and molded with an anti-floating material support groove so that it can surround and support the anti-floating material, as in the case of using a square angle material. The effect of is obtained. Still further, the U-shaped groove of the present invention is formed by alternately forming a concave portion and a convex portion extending from the bottom of the wall of the U-shaped groove main body to the upper portions of the left and right side walls in the longitudinal direction of the U-shaped groove. Has a structure including a U-shaped groove main body formed into a corrugated shape, and a bridging member that is laid and fixed between the left and right wall sides of the main body. Despite being a U-shaped groove made of a hard synthetic resin or a fiber reinforced resin, it is not inferior to the case of using a conventional metal bridging material, from various directions added near the upper portions of the left and right walls. It has sufficient rigidity against earth pressure load. In addition, the strength of each member does not decrease and the appearance does not deteriorate due to corrosion of the metal. In particular, the shape of the U-shaped groove body of the present invention is such that the left and right wall sides are respectively
It rises vertically or outwardly from the bottom of the wall, but if the ridge portion is formed inwardly curved at the top, the shape of the U-shaped groove body is narrowed down from the outside at the top of both wall sides. Higher stiffness against earth pressure from various load directions near the upper part of the left and right wall side than the conventional U-shaped groove in which only the concave and convex stripes are arranged from the bottom to the upper end of the side wall. can get. Further, in this case, since the upper ends of the side walls extend outward to form a bridging member receiving portion having a flat surface, the bridging member can be bridged without using an auxiliary member for bridging the bridging member. Both ends of the bridging material can be directly fixed on the bridging material receiving portion. Further, if the bridging material of the present invention is made of a flat plate or a square angle material having a flat upper surface, the bridging material after being installed on the upper part of the U-shaped groove does not expose a sharp portion. Therefore, there is no risk of injuring the worker and the worker is safe, and the appearance is beautiful. Furthermore, if fixing of the bridging material to the bridging material receiving portion is performed by rivet using a rivet made of a synthetic resin or the like as in the case of the U-shaped groove, it is possible to use screws, bolts and nuts. As described above, the bridging member can be attached very simply and quickly without complicated fixing work. Further, the U-shaped groove body of the present invention is provided with rib portions protruding outward on the left and right wall side portions, so that the U-shaped groove of the present invention is further improved in rigidity. The portion that protrudes outward from the side of the wall is also made of U
When the groove is buried, the U-shaped groove is fixed by the earth and sand placed on the upper part of the rib portion, and an effect of preventing the U-shaped groove from rising is obtained. In addition, a reinforcing material made of resin can be mounted along the longitudinal direction of the U-shaped groove in the bridging member receiving portion on the upper side of both walls of the U-shaped groove according to the present invention. It is also possible to provide even higher stiffness. Therefore, the present invention can provide a U-shaped groove made of a synthetic resin, which is easy to attach the anti-floating material and is lightweight but has high rigidity.
