一方、図３に示すように、深みある素材を用いて壁材を
作るには、そのような素材を無機板に貼り付けた後さら
に嵌合させるための鉄製フレームと貼り合わせるような
構造が取られてきた。しかし、これらの構造では、従来
の鋼板壁構造に比べてコストがかかってしまう。また、
図４に示すように、単に亜鉛メッキ鋼板の表面に化粧材
を貼り合わせただけでは嵌合部分の耐食性が確保できな
いため、亜鉛メッキ鋼板の代わりにステンレス板を用い
ることもあるがこの場合にもコストがかかってしまう。
本発明は上記課題を解決するためになされたもので、本
発明の目的は、ユニットバス用壁パネルを安価に提供す
