連結性や小さい領域の特長を比較するテクスチャーセグ
メンテーション処理を施し、取り込む物体の影像が人間
の手の甲かどうかの確認処理を行う。さらにステップ4
で人間の手の甲を赤外CCDカメラで影響した際、人間
の手の甲で反射される明暗と他の物体例えばカードとか
複製された手の甲の写真から反射される明暗とには、明
らかな差異があることの特長を比較するヒストグラム分
布の特長比較処理を施し、生体よりの影像信号であるか
どうかの判定を行う。このステップ3及びステップ4の
プレフィルターリング処理を施すことにより人間の手の
甲の静脈パターンの生体認証が可能となり、人間の手の
甲の静脈分布以外の物体の認識受け入れを完全に排除す
ることが可能となる。この様に本発明によるプレフィル

ることの生体認証を確認する為のプレフィルターリング
処理を施した後ステップ5でグレースケールを平滑化す
る為の低帯域フイルター処理を施し、ステップ6で手の
甲の静脈の血管部と背景部を分離する為の高帯域フイル
ター処理を施し、ステップ8で手の甲の体毛や不規則な
脂肪層等が影響して、比較的ノイズが多く細かく切られ
た血管が現れる為メディアンフイルター処理を施し、ノ
イズ処理を施す。これらの処理を施すことによりステッ
